I want to start by saying they was packaged so well. I was a little worried about ordering a big set, with the wieght of them they are more likely to get chipped in shipping. I've been looking for something to match my kitchen and these match so perfectly. The price was the awesome. I found similar sets for $80-$90 but they was only sets for 4 so I would have to buy 2 sets. This was the 8 person set for $150. And to be honest the bigger bowel holds 3cups. We used a measuring cup to confirm and compare from our old set. If you have a bigger family like mine and want something nice these are great and affordable. So after a little over a year I have chips in half the bowls, and I do want to note as they say they can be used in microwave, they get way too hot. Even after a min or so ... show more

First, the dishes were beautiful. Very heavy and good quality and we really love them. They were packed very well too. We ordered two sets and unfortunately two of the dinner bowls in one box did not make it even though the boxes looked fine. But FYI if you reach out to the company they will basically tell you this is not covered by warranty, but if they happen to have a replacement in the warehouse they will send a complimentary replacement, but do not guarantee there will be one sent. If they cannot their solution is to return the WHOLE SET. It says they would try and resolve in 14 days from the time I replied with pictures, item numbers, etc....This dinner set was like 32 carefully packaged individual pieces. The bowls were the last thing unpacked. There is no way we would be able to get it all packaged again and back in the box. Hope I don't have to just live without the bowls I thought I was gonna have for my family. I will update if they do a replacement. Update: Company reached out very quickly once the info they requested was recieved. It was only maybe a week before they FEDEX shipped me two replacement bowls and man they packed them very very well. This company's customer service is top notch!! ... show more

We purchased 2 sets of these in grey several months ago. Absolutely love them! They are weighty, a positive for us, they’re just beautiful in a very understated way, and allow your food presentation to shine. The only con is silverware can make the nails on a chalkboard sound every once in a while but is absolutely not a deal breaker. We also purchased some things that go beautifully with them which I highly recommend. One was a set of Moxinox black and stainless steel silverware and also ZMOWIPDL Vintage Hobnail Drinking Glasses in gray, set of 12. They are a stunning set that look like they were made for this dinnerware. Also added 2 different sizes of Tikooere ramekins, in black and gray, as well as their coffee mugs in matte gray which also look like they were all made to go with dinnerware. This stoneware set, and the additional glass, silver and stoneware andditions are sturdy, safe for the oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher (except the glasses which are wash by hand.) Love this set! I had something similar that I purchased years ago, and was so excited to see this set. Everything was packed to perfection, nothing arrived broken or chipped. They have good weight and I expect they'll be around for a while. Haven't seen any issues with putting them in the dishwasher either. Considering ordering another set because I could use a few more of the plates and bowls, but I don't need any more cups. If I could purchase sets of items without getting the entire set, I'd do it in a heartbeat! ... show more
