I love this dinner set and It’s Beautiful! I like them so well I this is my 2nd set to have enough for 8. There’re well made not thin. I get many compliments on them. Dishwasher and microwave safe. I have used in oven for broiler to brown something or to keep warm for short periods. Never had any break. The dishes come Very well packed. They’re packed with cardboard layers in between each dish in 5 boxes inside 2 other boxes. No slop to fall around and get broken. You can’t beat the price either. A little heavy, but absolutely worth it! I love the colors as it matches exactly what I envisioned to go with my cafe themed kitchen. I bought 2 sets so I would have enough for 8 people. The coffee mugs are a great size and not those little rinky dink cups.

Nice design. Needed new dish ware. This fit the bill. Took some getting used to. The cups and bowls are thinner than the old dish set I had. I haven’t broken any thing. It’s just take some getting used to.

Jsut got these. Very pleased with the purchase. I had flipped between getting a brand off Amazon or paying a lot more in person. These look better in person than in the photos. They look better than the department store brands that were about 3x the price (I did get a decent discount here). The coloring is well done and the slightly odd share is well done. Look extremely sturdy and high quality. The design is interesting, fun yet still tasteful. I'll have to see how they hold up over the years but so far thrilled with the choice and would definitely consider Gibson for my next purchase. ... show more

I've had these dishes a year and they are so classy looking. They are great for everyday and other special occasions. The smaller plates are very versatile. They can be used for dessert, salad, & smaller portions. The coffee cups hold a generous cup of coffee. The bowls are the perfect for cereal, ice cream or using as small serving bowls. The only negative on these is that they do chip if not careful. I have bought food safe touch up paint to cover the chip on one plate and one cup. But I use them everyday.
