They are excellent, it is the second boat that I ask my dad to take them and they have helped him a lot to the pain of wear and tear on his shoulders, and I have strengthened my hair growth. Because it has five types of collagens and ingredients that are good for your system.

I haven't used other collagen formulas to compare so can't say about this specifically, but I think I see a difference in how this is affecting my "body chemistry". I play several string instruments and need to keep my nails in good shape, as well as for carpentry projects where a split fingernail or finger can be painful and cause infection. I see a noticeable difference in the rate of fingernail regrowth, and my skin/hair seems to be getting a boost. Some might argue that sufficient diet a is all that's necessary for collagen, but the scarcity of collagen in a typical North American diet (mine) caused me to try this out. Based on what I am experiencing so far, I will probably continue to order more. 4 stars as I am still a tiny bit skeptical about most products like this but this is one supplement I seem to notice a definite difference. I will revise my review if I notice I am growing an extra toe in a month or so-or if the hair growing out of my ears becomes completely unmanageable!
