I am obsessed with this chair!! I was a bit nervous because this was cheaper than the other ones I was looking at, but I’m glad I got this one! The quality is not bad for the money, I bought it for my daughter, the assembly started out pretty easy then when we got to the backrest it became a nightmare, whoever assembled the brackets to the chair itself did a horrible job ( this was done at the factory) we had to take them off- re-measure and reassemble before we could even get the back on ... show more

When I receive the chair and we assembled it together it look okay. Wasn’t nearly as nice as the picture portrayed. It also came with a huge tag sticking on the back that you can’t get rid of. Ugh, but it gets worse. The left arm of the chair is comfy and had a nice cushion feel under the fabric. The right arm is the chair has ZERO fabric under the cushion. When I reached out to customer service to see if we could get it replaced, I got NO RESPONSE. So then I reach out again asking to completely return it since they didn’t respond to fix the issues. Still go NO RESPONSE. The only thing I got was from Amazon a return sticker to mail. Well since it’s a huge chair & the company wasn’t responding to me, I did not return bc I was scared I wouldn’t get my refund. The chair wasn’t a 10/10, but if they could have let us swap for one that didn’t feel like a hard stiff board on the arm rest, I would have been satisfied. This company ripped me off & refuses to respond to help me when they sent me defected furniture. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! ... show more

I am sad to say that I do regret this purchase. I bought this one because it looked very similar to the one I wanted but the one I wanted wasn’t going to be delivered for 2 months. I’ve had this one for 2 months now and it squeaks already. It’s very uncomfortable and makes my back hurt. The back is very stiff and is not comfortable to lean your back or head on. There’s barely all sort of cushioning. I have to put a pillow behind my back. Same thing with the bottom cushion, it’s very stiff as well. This thing just feels like a wooden frame with fabric and like a centimeter of cushion. Why are the arms so low? This is supposed to be a rocking chair for rocking a baby to sleep but I have to put a pillow under my arm for support. And it’s not just because I am short, my husband is a lot taller than me and his arms still can’t rest comfortably on the arm rests while holding our baby. It’s very annoying. My lower back kills me after using this thing every night. I’m just disappointed I spent my money on this and I wish I could have gotten that other rocking chair. UPDATE: it’s been 5 months since I’ve bought this chair and every month I have to rescrew in the bolts with this annoyingly shaped Alan key. If I don’t rescrew in the bolts, the chair squeaks terribly and I think it will fall apart under me. ... show more
