The containers can be very hard to open easily. It depends on each batch, some are easier then others. The company needs to do better quality control on the packaging. There are some packs that seem to be closed with super glue and I've had to cut the tops off to get to the food. Other containers open easily. My cat likes only the chicken flavor and won't eat the other flavors that I've offered to him. My cat can be picky. I like the portion size and it stores well in the frig. if you don't use the whole thing. The odor isn't as strong as some of the wet foods can be. The animal shelter gave me these with Iam's dried food for the two kittens I adopted. The kittens look forward to it every day for their lunch, though one has lost interest since I started giving them a little baked chicken as a topper for their dry food at dinner. His sister has no trouble polishing off whatever he lesves behind, though. The covers can be hard to peel off in general, and it's harder if you have arthritis-- but you don't have to worry about them leaking! My cat seems to love fish wet food so this is great. Don't need to store half a can in the fridge with the portion size of each side. This tuna flavor is her favorite and she's always waiting for me to refill her dish. I do put in a bit of water to make sure she's getting enough moisture but very convenient.
