These chairs look very nice however: There is some suspicious creaking when I sit on them (and I am not heavy) There are some minor defects in the wood Assembly was just a matter of some screws but it took some effort to align everything properly and they were missing hardware so am waiting for the seller to send me some washers so I can assemble the last chair... For the price they are beautiful chairs and I will see how they hold up ... show more

I ordered 4 chairs to replace old dining room chairs. I am very pleased by the quality of the chairs. They are comfortable and very easy to assemble. No complains about the product - I recommend them. My only issue was with the shipping. I ordered 4 chairs but only two arrived. I thought there might be a second parcel but when I called Amazon they found no indication of one. So Amazon reached out to the company for me and they immediately got back to me saying that there was, indeed, a second parcel due to be delivered within the next couple of days. They asked if I would mind waiting a couple more days and if nothing arrived to reach out to them again at that point. They gave me a tracking number, but that only showed the previously delivered item. As they promised, a second parcel arrived (a day earlier than they said, actually) and everything is fine. Long story short - if you order the 4 chair set don't be alarmed if only two arrive -- there's another box on the way! ... show more
