I read EVERY review, some were really really good some were really really bad. I chose to take the leap bc I researched and the version I was buying was returnable thru Amazon like anything else. But I will NOT be returning this massager as of now! I am in love! It is and does everything the good reviews say it does! I stand 10 hrs a day for 23 yrs, I have broken both feet before, I have bad ankles, a knee that needs replaced, platers faciatas and neuropathy, talk about bad, sore, swollen, almost unbearable feet to have! The first day I tried the machine it my feet were tender but I did 2 15min sessions as suggested anyway. The next morning I swear I had little to NO pain! I haven't had that sensation in years! My feet feel amazing which in turn takes some pain away from my knee also. I am looking forward to using it on my calves at some point. I didn't find the pressure too hard or painful. I didn't find the machine too heavy. The remote works. The machine works great. It is quiet. It looks easy enough to clean. Only CoN is that as it massages it slides my feet forward so I have to keep repositioning them back, not too big of deal. I would highly recommend this massager, and already have, to anyone anytime!!

This is almost a five-star purchase. It really does a good job. I use it mostly for calves and ankles and it really does a great job there. You just have to position the device and yourself so that your ankles and/or calves are lying in the valleys normally intended for the soles of your feet. When used as a foot massager, it really works well also. Some will find the kneading action too aggressive, but I thought it was just right. It really digs in and manipulates the tissue. If you have any kind of injury or other source of pain in your feet, you might find it uncomfortable. Also - if you are just more sensitive it could seem too rough. My 14-year-old daughter thought it was too much. Me? I thought it was perfect. Now - why four stars instead of five? Well, first of all, the instructions are not useful. I still don't know what some of the settings are for - and I've had this thing for weeks. Secondly, the remote is hard to use. You have to point it just right to get the sensor to pick up your signal. It can get a little frustrating. Finally - the end of cycle beep is a little on the loud side. I like to use this prior to going to bed to massage my ankles and calves - just to get the circulation moving. When the cycle is done, the machine goes BEEP BEEP BEEP! and scares the snot out of my sleeping wife. After that, it sits there in a kind of sleep mode - from which I do not know how to power it down. I have to wait for it to automatically shut off and emit one last annoying BEEP which inevitably comes about five seconds after my wife has drifted back off to sleep! I am lucky to still be alive. Overall, this is a nice machine. I'm glad I have it and it does a fine job. It just has a couple of little annoying traits that keep me from granting five stars.

I've gone through so many foot massagers in my household with one member having neuropathy, one member working on their feet all day, and one member having arthritis from a break. I was hesitant based on some reviews that the device wasn't responsive. After using it for a few days, I'm pleasantly surprised that it works just as advertised and feels amazing! The rollers are not too sharp, the side compressors are soft and mold to the foot, and the multiple settings really get every area of the foot. We all love this machine and plan to get another so we stop fighting over it.

Shortly after getting a job on my feet for 10 hrs a day I immediately made this purchase and I don't regret it. The pressure on the feet is absolutely amazing. It's pretty lightweight, so if you need to store it in a closet it's easy to move. It's easy to use and of course the color is pretty. The quality is absolutely outstanding but the one thing I noticed is that there is no heat option. Unless I missed it.

I was shocked with the size and weight of this machine. I realized I have no place to store it. Read carefully and be aware! This is returnable, BUT YOU will pay return postage. The Post office CHEAPEST postage was $78.00. I paid $82 for the machine! I ended up at UPS where I paid $62.00 with my AARP discount. My net refund...$20.00! Very expensive lesson learned.

The media could not be loaded. I suffer from foot pain, plantar fasciitis, general tired achy feet. This works great. It's quiet. There's a roller on the bottom that hits the arch and sole well, and the foam things on the sides that squeeze and release. So yes it feels great. I do have some complaints though. It runs for 15 or so seconds and stops for around 5 seconds. Not sure why it doesn't run continuously. And it doesn't run long before it shuts off. Which isn't a big deal to just turn it back on but the remote that came with it doesn't work. First world problems but a little irritating none the less. I still haven't figured out the difference in all the settings. I truly think it just switches the direction of the roller. All in all I think it's a good massager but the price seems high for what it is. It's basic. It doesn't heat like a lot of others. I'll keep it since i have it but prob wouldn't buy it again.
