I love my new addition to my kitchen. It is extra space that was needed. However the first one I ordered was damaged and holes were in the wrong placement. I thought maybe I wasn’t reading the instructions correctly but like I said the instructions were not very good at all. Super hard to assemble. However I will say customer service was great! I let them know what happened which first was paint issues, then after assembling over half way I found that the holes were in the wrong spot. I wouldn’t have been able to send the product back because it was heavy and already almost assembled. I let them know. They offered a refund or a full replacement. I took the full replacement free of charge because I really needed this hutch. So with that being said they did respond quickly but must be in a different country since they responded at 3am my time. However within a few days we got the issue resolved. Reason for 4 stars was because of the instructions I cannot believe they are so hard to understand and very very vague. The video u can watch is made to look super easy however that is not the case. So I would advise that if u are not very good at assembling, before purchase I would make sure u can get someone that is able to. ... show more

This sideboard is perfect for our coffee bar. Our coffee machine & flavorings on top. Coffee cups and grinder on shelf and we keep our microwave in the bottom. Very nicely made and easy to put together! Highly recommend!

Assembly was challenging, instructions are not very clear. I ended up assembling the unit backwards because the instructions did not specify front or back of the unit. Aside from the damage i did during assembly the product is sturdy and nice for the price.

The media could not be loaded. Update: after much back and forth with the seller I have received a partial refund, as they can not offer replacement parts. The paint also started peeling away near all the hinges on the cabinet after two days. Even with the partial refund, I do not recommend purchasing this brand. The doors are warped and will not close. The top arrived scuffed. It’s very lightweight, it is made from compressed sawdust. It would look nice if it weren’t scuffed and the doors would close. Definitely not worth the price paid.
