Nice size. Looks nice. Great functionality. Nice quality. Adhesive is strong. My only issue with this is it feels very rough under your feet. For a carpet tile that is intended to be installed inside a home where you normally walk around barefoot this is very uncomfortable to walk on. If you happen to fall and scrape yourself against this carpet you will most likely get scratched deep enough to draw blood especially if you happen to be a person with thin skin that tears easily. I would not recommend this for senior citizens. I put this in my bathroom where I am normally barefoot when I am in that room. Where my feet normally step I have a soft rug over the top of this. Without that extra rug over top of this carpet it feels like walking on sandpaper. I considered getting a larger package and putting this in my kitchen. After feeling it under my bare feet in the bathroom I am glad I decided to only get the smaller size box of tiles to see how I liked it in a smaller room. The adhesive stuck fast to the tile that is under these carpet tiles. It was easy to cut to form the shape around the toilet and under my sink cabinet which is a very awkward shape. Great for exfoliating your feet after a good shower or bath. Overall it is durable and will likely last a good amount of time. I am just disappointed in how rough it feels under my feet. On a good note unlike ceramic tiles you will not fall on these carpet tiles. Good traction even barefoot. I spilled some water on it deliberately to see if it would leave water marks. It did not leave any marks which is good. It is easy to clean. Just take a stiff brush or broom to loosen stubborn dirt and spills and vacuum them up. I used these to replace the carpet in my rv. I'm going to share a tip that'll keep you sane. These things stick it's a one shot deal. They have a backing that's near impossible to remove. Here's the trick. Buy a roll of double sided tape and use it to remove the backing. Try to get it all off in one shot. The little tabs they give you are not enough. This stuff is thin. I added a 1/4 sub floor to bring it up. Easy to line up the seams and my favorite part was when I mis cut pieces it was simple to cut a fill in piece and the only one that'll know it's there is you. I'm using both the 8x4 and the 2x2 peel and stick for my renovation and the 2x2 is much easier to use and simple to roll down vs the larger ones. ... show more

Very thin, not heavy duty at all. The backing is difficult to deal off. Because they are very thin the corners can roll up if pushed on. Also because so thin they can stretch.

The stickers used to remove the backing off the tiles are not very efficient. We spent a lot of time trying to remove this layer. I would recommend carpet tiles where it's simply peel and stick, no stickers needed!

Very hard to get the backing off. That was the most difficult part of the process. When walking on it , it feels like styrofoam. It stuck well. The wrong color was delivered but didn’t notice it until my husband had installed some of it. It serves its purpose but I feel it is very expensive for the quality of it.
