The chair was great for a year. I literally bought on 11/22/23 & the massager stopped working a year after. Tried everything. On Max, it does nothing. When we first got it, it worked like a charm. It’s a shame … durability to last at least a few years would be worth the money. But only year, not worth it. ... show more

It was easy to put together, but I don't think you can take it apart. The massage function won't work but the Bluetooth function and and speakers do. Very disappointed because I now have a chair that doesn't work and I can't take it apart to send it back. 😡😡

Bought this as a Christmas present for our 10-year old. Received and put together easily. Looked great! Our kiddo loved it and said it was very comfortable. By the end of February (2 months)- the chair had come apart at the seams in both the lumbar area and the footrest. By the end of March (3 months) - it is nearly falling apart.
