Really glad I ordered this. Little nervous about buying online. It does require complete assembly, but I was able to do almost completely by myself. Very nice quality. Love the color. Wouldn't hesitate buying again.

Bought the Espresso color. Was hesitant to order this table based on the occasional negative review. There were issues with the table pieces but overall satisfied with the completed table. As most others have said, it takes a long time to assemble. Took 4 hours despite being forewarned about the poor instructions. Read through them twice to avoid having to disassemble anything later. Even so, made a mistake with the drawer glides. Used a SMALL electric drill to control the speed and not overdrill a screw. Pros 1. Table came early by 5 days. 2. All the pieces were there and none broken, with a few extra screws. 3. Looks beautiful, as the picture shows. Pieces fit together fairly well with only small gaps, mostly unnoticeable unless you know to look for them. 4. Very study once completed 5. Price was acceptable. Not great, but affordable. 6. Dimensions are true to size. Cons 1. Got two right side doors even though they were labeled as A (for right) and B (for left). Was able to move the magnetic strike plate to change one into the left door. So ultimately not an issue. 2. A few dings in the wood but no major scratches as other reviewers have had. A furniture marker can cover that, but this indicates very soft wood / poor finish which will continue to occur. 3. Bought plexiglass to protect the top from the inevitable scratches as this will be a very heavily used piece in the kitchen. Extra expense but a viable solution. It also mars the overall look but a necessary evil. 4. Instructions for drawer installation are very poor. Screwed in the runners on the drawer upside down at first. Once that was fixed, the original screw holes on the cabinet lined up perfectly. Keep the runners together until you are ready to install them so you know how they mate and how they should be oriented when you screw them in. 5. Bottom of drawers are incredibly weak. CANNOT put anything heavy in the drawer. We plan on reinforcing the bottom with strips of wood as support. 6. Backboard is same material as drawer bottom, but not an issue since it does not interfere with the table’s function. But do not expect real wood for the backer. It is a reasonable option for a piece of furniture if you are not looking for a forever piece to pass down to your children. Be aware you may need to modify it to some degree depending on what you use it for. ... show more

This is a very nice console for the price. Assembly was not hard, but it did require concentration to make sure pieces were oriented correctly. The project took about 3 hours from start to finish, including unpacking and sorting out hardware. Take your time and identify all the pieces before you start, recruit some help when you attach the doors, and I think you will find it goes smoothly. I’m very happy with this console! ... show more

This was easy to put together, however it took over 3 hours as there were A LOT of steps (I didn’t use a power drill). It seems like this could easily be reengineered slightly to save time on the buyer side because wow. Once I put it together, I noticed flaws on several of the pieces which are visible and hadn’t thought they would be initially. Scratched paint, goops of adhesive, dents. Nothing major, but I would have returned this had I realized what it would look like assembled before it was entirely assembled. The magnetic latch is also visible when the doors are closed on one side. It also arrived pretty dusty. The color was true to the expectation (coffee brown) and it’s surprisingly heavy and sturdy. So overall it will work for a temporary fix for our needs, but I wouldn’t rebuy this or necessarily recommend it. ... show more

After I laid all the pieces out, putting it together was pretty straight forward. Needed a little help holding up some of the pieces while putting some of the standing parts together. It took me about 2 hours to put together. Everything fit and no damaged pieces. A good purchase for me.
