Expect (2) very heavy parcels to be delivered and not necessarily on the same day. By the time that I had emptied both shipping boxes, I had parts scattered all over the living room. A couple of cabinet pieces were slightly damaged (which I believe happened when the Fedex guy dropped the box on my front porch). Giantex customer service was very responsive and worked with me for a happy solution. Assembly was a lot of work, but if you pay close attention to the diagrams provided, it's not difficult at all. All parts and hardware are clearly labeled and pre-drilled holes are precisely where they need to be. Fit and finish are excellent and the final product is sturdy and beautiful. Wanted to use our Keurig coffee machine on the countertop, but the height clearance makes filling the machine cumbersome. No problem, we will use it mainly as a bar and liquor cabinet.

Kind of bear to assemble, used parts of three rooms to lay pieces out and put everything together. Working alone it took me 5+ hours to complete, but in the end it looks pretty nice and holds a ton. Only complaint is that the compared to the rest of the hutch the material used to make the back seemed cheap and unattractive (when viewed from behind) but thankfully that part is against the wall. Helped cleanup the clutter in our kitchen and dining room so we’re happy

All parts were present except for little white cover dots to hide the numerous bolts and screws. It took a while to verify the number of parts and hardware, but it makes the job go more quickly. You do have to pay attention to the instructions, but they are pretty clear. Cabinet looks great, seems very sturdy, and will hold a lot. I chose to not use the thin backing on the main display areas as it looks a little more classy without it. There were a few dings that I will need to touch up but not many. Cabinet is very heavy which is what you want if you are going to load it. It is a big improvement on a long wall in my open kitchen family room. At my house, it has sort of a coastal farmhouse look. I substituted matching knobs like those in my new kitchen, but the handles won’t substitute. They are short about 1/16 of an inch from a standardized handle. Overall it is a nice piece for a reasonable price. It did ship separately as reviews suggested. The first box arrived the day after the 2nd box. Both boxes arrived early which was appreciated. I contacted the company about delivery, and they responded right away. That was impressive. I would recommend this cabinet if you are able to put it together. Took hubby and I several hours.

First off I LOVE this cabinet! It is NOT easy to assemble, lots of parts, screws, hinges, drawers, shelves...but definitely worth the struggle. When together it is very sturdy, heavy piece of furniture. This piece holds so much; dishes, glasses, wine, liquor, and plenty of storage for your table cloths, utensils. There is an opening on the wooden shelf where the wire from your toaster, blender, coffee pot or microwave can be plugged into the wall. You will love this cabinet, don't hesitate to purchase it.

Hutch looks exactly as pictured. But the drawers do not slide smoothly and one door opens nicely and the other gets stuck a little and needs a little extra pulling to open. Some of the wood pieces have swirl marks on them and the shelves do not feel sturdy. Definitely think for the price this should be nicer.

Have to say I was a bit skeptical, but after a few hours...impressed. The hutch/cabinet fit perfectly into an area in our kitchen. We were able to clean off counter space and made this into a coffee area. The wife is happy happy happy...so I'm very happy happy happy. Highly recommend this product. Also, assembly was not difficult. It would be without directions, fortunately ours came with easy to read and very descriptive directions. I highly recommend this product.

I completely regret purchasing this hutch. Not only was it a nightmare to put together, but the quality is horrendous. It seems decent at first but I've had this hutch for a little over a year and the hutch is wobbly to the point where I'm afraid it will collapse. Tightening the screws does not help. This is horrible quality material that is NOT sturdy or durable like the description says. I contacted the company (whose warranty is only 90 days -- probably for a reason!) and told them about the issue and they replied "your order is out of warranty and we cannot provide or replace any parts" with no other response or suggestions about how to fix the issue. DO NOT BUY
