Expect (2) very heavy parcels to be delivered and not necessarily on the same day. By the time that I had emptied both shipping boxes, I had parts scattered all over the living room. A couple of cabinet pieces were slightly damaged (which I believe happened when the Fedex guy dropped the box on my front porch). Giantex customer service was very responsive and worked with me for a happy solution. Assembly was a lot of work, but if you pay close attention to the diagrams provided, it's not difficult at all. All parts and hardware are clearly labeled and pre-drilled holes are precisely where they need to be. Fit and finish are excellent and the final product is sturdy and beautiful. Wanted to use our Keurig coffee machine on the countertop, but the height clearance makes filling the machine cumbersome. No problem, we will use it mainly as a bar and liquor cabinet.

First off I LOVE this cabinet! It is NOT easy to assemble, lots of parts, screws, hinges, drawers, shelves...but definitely worth the struggle. When together it is very sturdy, heavy piece of furniture. This piece holds so much; dishes, glasses, wine, liquor, and plenty of storage for your table cloths, utensils. There is an opening on the wooden shelf where the wire from your toaster, blender, coffee pot or microwave can be plugged into the wall. You will love this cabinet, don't hesitate to purchase it.

You will be scared by the shipping process haha. Order will say shipped but it’s actually sitting in a warehouse somewhere for the first week or so. However it’s due to how large both boxes are and it can’t just be a single delivery driver to handle it. So it will take longer to get to you but it will be worth the wait! Absolute steal of deal. Looks beautiful and given us so much more storage space.

The instructions are well laid out. A few part number tags were missing but that was not an issue for assembly. Lay out the parts so part numbers are easily seen. I glued the wooden dowels in place except for the ones to connect the top and bottom parts together for ease of disassembly when we move. The back panel is actually 5 different pieces and screws on instead of nailed. Take your time, make sure everything is tight. It is a really sturdy cabinet/hutch. Very well designed. I had 1 hiccup but giantex was very responsive and made it right. Definitely will purchase from them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Kind of bear to assemble, used parts of three rooms to lay pieces out and put everything together. Working alone it took me 5+ hours to complete, but in the end it looks pretty nice and holds a ton. Only complaint is that the compared to the rest of the hutch the material used to make the back seemed cheap and unattractive (when viewed from behind) but thankfully that part is against the wall. Helped cleanup the clutter in our kitchen and dining room so we’re happy

Once together the unit is good. Problem was with the assembly instructions. Only pictures nothing written down. A example is they show 2 number 16 and 2 number 17. What they don't say is this is one piece and it has assembly items on both sides. Drawings are of poor quality, they look like a picture that has been copied 5 times on a copy machine, fussy and small. 5 hrs two people to assemble. I am 70 and in all my years of assembling everything from bikes to machinery, I have to rate the instructions as the worst i have had to use. On the other hand once assembled the hutch looks very good. The lazer cuts and pre-drilled holes were very good. All the hardware was there.

Have to say I was a bit skeptical, but after a few hours...impressed. The hutch/cabinet fit perfectly into an area in our kitchen. We were able to clean off counter space and made this into a coffee area. The wife is happy happy happy...so I'm very happy happy happy. Highly recommend this product. Also, assembly was not difficult. It would be without directions, fortunately ours came with easy to read and very descriptive directions. I highly recommend this product.

I love this hutch. Goes so nice with my white kitchen table and chairs. It took a few hours to put together. Went together easy. Alot of storage space. I put all of my good dinner ware, bowls, flat ware, serving bowls, coffee cups, wine glasses. Extra bottles of wine. Everything fits nicely. I love it!!
