If you can not get on the floor for stretching exercises this table is the way to do it. We also use it for in home massage. Guess it is also often used by masseuses/ massage therapists during home visits. Requires cover or bed sheet.

For me, getting in a car and driving home after a massage can negate all the good work just done. SO… I did a bit of research and landed on this massage table. It’s absolutely perfect! Went from box to complete setup in less than 10-minutes. I went with this table because it was several inches wider than others I found, which was important as feeling like you’re going to fall off when rolling over, is so unfun! This is an amazing massage table!! I use it for my body sculpting business and it is super sturdy. I have had some really heavy clients on this bed and have had no issues. They were able to turn and move around as needed without it ever feeling unstable. I used my first bed for almost a year and I recently purchased a second one to expand my business. Purchased this for home use, non professional. It's sturdier than I expected. It's also a little wider than I expected. Super easy to set up and take down. Everything fits neatly in the carrying bag included and it's not too heavy to be portable if needed. Definitely a smart investment in my health!

This table is multi-use and I really enjoy how easy it is to set up. I personally bought it for a lash extension table but I got a massager for Christmas now it can be both!! It’s very durable and comfortable. I recommend this to anyone who wants it or is looking into it.
