I like this chair. It is a huge improvement over the previous. It came as a heavy brick in a box but It puffed up very quickly and I was sitting in it within an hour. It feels comfortable and ergonomically accurate. I added a small pillow behind the lower back. The head rest has a 2 inch velcro strip on the piece of fabric that goes over the back of the chair and a 2 inch strip of velcro sewn onto the back of the chair. That means that the headrest is either locked into only one position or removable. The manufacturer should have thought that through a little bit. If the fabric flap that goes over the back of the chair was covered completely with velcro then it would have provided a tremendous amount of adjustment options. The position that it is stuck in is definitely not where I want it. Over all I like the chair and I will figure out a way to get the head rest to stay stationary where I want it to be. ... show more

Love this! It’s firm and cozy and actually supportive! It’s low to the ground (hence 4 instead of 5) if getting up from the ground is hard it can be hard to get up out of even as someone in her 30s. It only is about a foot off the ground.

I love this little sofa and chair! They go well in my Japanese style home and are both very comfy. I moved the pillows off the head and down to lumbar support. I’m adding some decorative cushions for a bit more lumbar support. Clearly my dog has given his stamp of approval!

It’s great for kids, but for adults and especially me at 6‘3“ in height, we this piece of furniture quite uncomfortable for extended seating as in watching a movie, etc. Also, in opposition to claims, unless you’re a kid, this piece of furniture does not offer head support.
