Love the look and size. Assembly wasn't super smooth. Highly suggest electric drill, I didn't have one. It's not as sturdy as my Walmart TV stand I replaced but that one was old and beat up. I had to take the top off (last piece) and add wood glue to the wood pegs because there seemed to be too much space between. After I put it back on I put a couple of 25 lb weights on each side until the glue dried. Word of advice for placing the top, don't put the metal screw locking device (forgot the name) in the holes until after u put the top on because the top won't go all the way down and there are like 8 screws that have to line up with the bottom portion. It was the look I want but I don't suggest moving it often. ... show more

This tv stand is very nice, its the look I was going for. I assembled it myself within 2 hours. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the quality could be a little better. My previous tv stand was purchased at big lots and was better quality in terms of the type of wood that was used, but that one was also twice the cost. This is made of the stuff that will crack easily if you accidentally tighten a screw a little too much. ... show more

Wasn't too bad to put together, but the instructions are just pictures/diagrams so can be a little hard to follow. Also, some of the locking hardware for the screws are cheap and we had two of them break on us be careful when working with them. Looks nice though and feels very sturdy so far.

First the bad the cabinet door handles on mine only had one hole tapped on each handle. I took the screw and carefully applied pressure and was able to cut threads into the metal with the screw, fun. This is why I took away one star. I had no problems with the instructions you just have to pay close attention to the diagrams. I always use glue with the dowels to help reinforce any of these flat pack furniture piece's it helps make the much more sturdy. The finish is some type of laminate vs the cheaper paper type coverings. Value for money is good and I have no worries it will last for quite a few years. ... show more

Not a huge review writer, but I use Amazon at least once a week it seems lol. When I’m that obsessed with something I will get on and write about it though. We got this tv stand last week and I spent a couple weeks looking everywhere for a new stand. I was extremely indecisive and could not make up my mind. Finally I just picked this one and hoped for the best. My ex built it and it took him a couple hours, but he said it wasn’t bad. As far as the looks and quality though I think it’s so perfect! And for the price, I think this is the best one I’ve seen yet! Totally worth the buy :) ... show more
