My joints slip out of socket alot especially with my old mattress and this one keeps them in place and I think it realigned my spine, super comfy, the term they use is medium firm and that feels like the most accurate way to put it, it's firm enough to support all my joints and keep them in place but not hard it has squishes just enough once your laying or sitting that there's no tension on you like if you sat on something hard for a long time, I bought a king and full and I'm very pleased with both

I think this foundation and matress bundle is a really great deal for the price, and am keeping it for a guest room. It was incredibly easy to put together the foundation and to unpack the queen size mattress, all by myself. There was a glitch with delivery. The seller responded very quickly and took care of it in a very satisfying and responsive way. Kudos to the customer service team. However, it is advertised as a 10" mattress. Mine is not. The instructions say it can take 24-48 hours to expand fully after opening. Mine has been open and plumping up for a little more than 48 hours now, and it ranges from 8.75 to 9 inches thick. The product description says "Note: manufacturing tolerance is 1,” so I guess I wasn't mislead. However, buyers should know that it is a thin, and not especially dense, mattress. Others commented that they found their mattresses firm, but I found mine to be a bit squishy, probably due to thinness, and sitting on the side (e.g., to put on shoes) is a bit of a gamble. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase and really satisfied to have found a guest room bed and foundation at such a great price, that was easy to order, easy to deal with seller, easy to assemble and that functions well enough.

The bed itself didn't end up inflating to the full 10" initially so I gave a rang to GhostBed to review replacement options or if there's something we didn't think of to try to encourage this guy to inflate. The bed itself was fine otherwise, and surprisingly comfortable to sleep on but for my personal preference this was a little too soft (a "medium" feel, versus "medium-firm" perhaps?). The inflation issue primarily affected the sides of the mattress, and as I'm 9 months pregnant, that's a no-go for me to be able to sit up/leave the bed, and access the crib. When contacting Ghost, the customer service was phenomenal. They discussed the options, were very communicative and quick to get back to us between the normal back/forth you'd expect when making a warranty claim. I previously had the Classic 11" mattress through GhostBed and it felt "just right" as Goldilocks would say. I think I'll stick with my Classic 11" bed style via Ghost, but I'm confident that they would've replaced the 10" Ultimate without issue. I ended up requesting an upgrade back to the Classic 11" based on my preferences, which was a very easy process and tiny upcharge accordingly, but would still recommend the company overall. Ordering through Amazon was easy and convenient, but a wise note, any claims/concerns will go first through Amazon's processes to get the right Ghost rep for you.

I bought two of these (have bought ghost mattresses in the past and loved them). Neither of the twins fully expanded on one side so they are about 9" on one long side and 5" on the other. I have tried emailing and calling the numbers and contacts given on the amazon site - the phone number person says they can't help me because I purchased on Amazon so use the email support - email support has NEVER responded. Maybe this review will get someone's attention.

For the price, this mattress is much better than I expected. I would have bought it as a slightly firmer density if that option was available, but I have been very comfortable sleeping on it so far. The packaging was simple and setup was idiot proof. Note: you will want to allow a full 72 hours for complete expansion after unpacking. I don't know if sleeping on sooner will warp the mattress or not, but it appeared completely expanded after about 48 hours, and had no creasing or visual indicators of compression after 72. CALIFORNIA KING FOR 300$ ??!! Not a scam, great sleeping experience.
