The media could not be loaded. This is my first smart plug purchase & I love it! I love the fact that you can set a schedule to turn my light on & off and it even has off times to choose from. It was easy to set up via the app & there is no membership fee for the app. It works well with Alexa as you can tell her to turn the light on & off. The plug is sturdy & well made. At first I had trouble getting it to connect to my wifi & had wondered if I had it in a outlet that was connected to my light switch so I moved it above to the other outlet & it connected to wifi right away. Already wondering what other devices I can use this with. You won’t be disappointed. See my video.

This product works great. I was able to have some of my lights turn on in the house using the app which was very easy to use. I like how I can change the on and off or change the schedule when I am not at home. My only issue is that the device does get rather warm when it is plugged in. Otherwise, this this is a great addition to smart home devices.

I’ve been using the GHome Smart Plug for a few weeks now, and it’s been a total game-changer for my smart home setup. Setup was incredibly easy — just plug it in, connect via the app, and link it to Alexa (or Google Home). Took me under 5 minutes from box to working! I set this up and it worked perfectly, but kept turning itself on in the middle of the night. I contacted customer support and they were very helpful with suggestions, one of which fixed the problem. Great product and customer support.

With that said however, it works with google home. The item name is just deceiving, or maybe I'm just dumb, but it works with the ghome app which can integrate with google home. So in either app, you can set a schedule or turn it on/off remotely using the app. I have it hooked up to my espresso machine so it'll be already warmed up and ready to go in the mornings so I can make my cup of joe and hit the road to work. It looses a star because there's yet another app to download, but 5 stars for the ease of use of the app and it can at least interface with google home.
