I bought it for my workshop. My wife took one look and took it in the house for her desk. She loves it. But by all means by some good rollers for it. The typical dual wheel casters are an embarrassingly cheap touch.

Seems well built but was missing 5 bolts (part O). Was not able to communicate with seller to get missing parts otherwise I would give higher mark. If seller sends bolts then maybe I would be willing to update rating June 26 2023 Seller reached out to provide missing bolts, will update once received. July 4th 2023 I received an extra bolts package. I changed my review to 4 stars. It is awesome that seller contacted me quickly after noticing my review. Not sure why they don't set up the usual method to directly contact them but perhaps now they will. To the seller, please increase the number of part O to 13. 5 for leg base assembly, 8 for arm assembly. ... show more

The chair was relatively easy to build. It took me about 40 minutes to assemble. The chair is super comfy. The back leans very far back and can lock in place at any angle. The only issue I have with it is that the chair doesn’t raise up super high so, it’s not a great chair for people with long legs. ... show more

Pros: Comfortable, sturdy, easy to assemble, balanced well for laying back and putting feet up, fast customer support after I didnt follow the instructions Cons: arms not adjustable, could use a little more padding, seat might not be deep enough or high enough for tall people, price might be just a little high I ordered this chair for my wife's she-shed. It is comfortable enough, however, that I am using it in my office until she makes me move it. Assembly was very easy, I made a silly mistake when I tried to attach the back rest to the outside of the seat cushion bracket and thought the holes were drilled to large. Customer service responded the same day and explained I needed to look over the instructions again. Busted! Had it not been for that, the build would have taken 15-20 minutes, with most of that time being spent on opening and removing the pieces. I used a Milwaukee power drill with a hex, no way am I going to twist my hands back and forth all day, though they do include all the tools necessary if you dont have a driver. This is the second office chair I have tried that would allow me to lay back in it. The first office chair I tried wasnt weighted well and I fell backwards on my rear! I was pleased to find that this chair did just fine when leaning back and was weighted properly. It isnt going to feel as secure as a power living room recliner, but its pretty cool for an office chair. I also like the neck and head support. The padding is fine, but the chair could have been a little deeper and it wasnt super high. It is good for me at 5'11"; 195, but this may not suffice for someone who is 6'2"+ and weighs 230+. I'm all for spending big bucks on health related items like office chairs, mattresses and pillows. You are investing in your health after all. Yet, as much as I like this chair, (it looks great and is comfortable) it might not be ergonomic enough to be your primary chair for long work days. Arms that adjust up, out and in, are more ideal. It is however a feature ladened chair with the foot rest which tucks nicely out of the way when not in use, lays back farther than most chairs and has an adjustable lumbar. I'm going to give it 5 stars, but this is really rounded up from 4.5 stars. Lastly, the legs are chrome plates. I am not a big fan of chrome plating on anything, let alone furniture. But no one is looking at the legs anyway. Overall, 4.5 stars for a chair that will be fun to sit on for up to a few hours at a time. ... show more
