I bought this because I get extremely cold when I'm sitting in the break room at work and this thing works miracles. It keeps me warm on walks with my dog and even drives to work when my car isn't 100% warm yet. I would recommend you size down though, I bought a large and even after a few washes its a little big on me. The reason you want it a little smaller is because if it's not a somewhat tighter fit, it won't actually heat you up unless you have your back up against something like your car seat if you're driving to work with it on like I do. Typically I have to wear a coat over it in order to make it work 100%, so definitely order a smaller size than what you normally would. As far as washing this, I wash it on the delicate cycle on my washer which is 6 minutes and I usually hang it up to dry on my drying rack in the laundry room. I'm sure you clumd dry it on the delicate cycle on the dryer on low heat, but I didn't wanna risk it so. ... show more

After wearing for about 9 hours- Pros-heats up in a minute or two, hoodie itself seems durable, looks great, has a good length for tall people. (I'm 6'3" 175lbs, bought large) Wore on a 40 minute motorcycle ride under normal jacket, and worked great! 40F out with speeds of 70++. "Cell phone" pocket will only fit the orange nokia bar phones. Cons- you'd think they'd be able to design a flatter battery that wouldn't stick out like a tumor. Or create such a massive pocket for the battery involved. It's like a pocket in a pocket. Horrible placement for that battery too. Heating elements seem pretty small. I'll keep it. Works great for my application, overall seems like a pretty solid buy that I don't regret yet. ... show more
