Expenses but worth it it's a great warm hoodie without the heat when it's on it cant be beat I have had mine for 4 years now and still going strong no problems definitely buy a second battery if you work outside

Sweatshirt doesnt work. Tried multiple batteries and it does not get hot. I wrote to the company twice and they did not give an explanation or offer to swap out the sweatshirt for a working one all they did was reply with the order description saying "hope this helps". The jackets nice my husband loves it but the front of the jacket does NOT heat up at all and it’s a hassle to send back so WARNING if you buy one make sure it all works and heats
