The jacket is nice quality although a bit big around the bottom/waist line. Returned the coat on January 4 at the cost of 18.25, per tracking received by seller on January 14. I had to pursue them to receive a refund finally got confirmation they would start the refund process on January 22. I was notified a refund in the random amount of $256 would be issued…… I paid 301.35. Had to reach out again and ask for a full refund, which was processed without explanation. Overall it’s a great jacket. The only two things to note. There’s no hood. It would be great to have that option. Second, the batteries do not last as long as stated. I’ve not had a battery last to the 3 hour notation. I work outside so there are days I need the heat to last longer. I always have a battery on the charger so I have one ready and available. 35 mile hour winds w/ snow and 33 degrees out. Charged the battery and came out the front porch with some drinks. Finished the box and stayed warm the whole time! on highest setting under these weather conditions it’s super WARM & snug. True to size chart and love the compatibility for battery storage front/back of jacket. Advertisement of purchase is a white lie though. Comes with power adapter with battery not a charger. Still 5 stars for me since I own a truck full of Milwaukee.. got tons of chargers. All in all great jacket must have for outdoor blue collar workers 💯👍 ... show more
