When I got these pillows I was a little disappointed that they appeared to be a little lumpy. I fluffed and let them rest for a couple of days to see if they’d poof up. Finally figured this was as good as they were going to get. First night sleeping with them…my life has changed! I typically like a lot of pillows. I’m usually a restless sleeper. I fell asleep quickly and slept through the night for the first time since I can remember. No aches and pains as usual. I don't like the quality of those pillows. They don't have any support, super flat, it's like just using the pillow sheet without the pillow. I honestly don't get why this could even be a product. Material is great! The support is also perfect as it is so soft and fluffy. Cooling is also a plus, you can adjust it to your liking and head shape. Did I already mention that is is very fluffy? Would definitely buy again! Super cheap and high quality compared to a hotel pillow

I thought the medium density version would be a firmer version of the soft version but I was very wrong. The medium version is very flat and has no support. Medium density feels like a cheapo $2 black friday pillow that's only useful as a decoration. I suppose the medium density fill version does have its use, you can get this pillow for a guest bed. Perfect for the in laws/guests you dislike so they don't get too comfortable and overstay their welcome. The soft one is very filled and nice to sleep on. The soft one feels firmer than the medium version, probably due to the fact that its probably filled twice as much as the medium density. We ordered this mattress for our daughter on Walmart.com about 6 years ago and loved it. When it was time to get us a new mattress, we didn't hesitate to get the same one she did. We decided to do it through Amazon. We weren't as impressed with the one we got 6 years ago. This seems different. It's a lot firmer. I was worried based on other reviews. I would rather it be softer than it is but I've learned to get a firm bed and put a topper on it! We ordered a topper for it and it was perfect. The edges seem great too.
