Bought this to try on recommendations and reviews elsewhere. Very nice finish and precise adjustment mechanism. More precise then tampers in my hand. I love this tool so much. It’s super easy to adjust, and performs really well. The quality of my extraction & tamping, as witnessed with my bottomless portafilter, has gone up 10x. My only complaint is that coffee grounds get stuck in the laser-engraved logo, but that is literally a minuscule problem. ... show more

My mornings now include a genuine espresso experience thanks to my second espresso machine. This espresso machine much outperforms my old one in terms of design and ability to produce a fantastic double shot of espresso. One of this espresso machine's most notable characteristics is the water tank. You can create a lot of espresso without having to keep refilling it because of its enormous 1.5L capacity. For your cappuccinos and lattes, you can make frothy milk with the machine's milk foaming steam wand. The coffee is brewed at the proper temperature and pressure thanks to its 15 bar pump pressure. Moreover, the machine has a removable drip pan that makes cleanup of spills and messes simple. This product does have certain drawbacks, though. Those who want to prepare espresso with the right amount of coffee may find it difficult as the portafilter design does not contain the recommended amount of 14 grams of coffee grounds. Also, I received a copy-and-paste response from customer care when I asked about getting a different portafilter for the espresso machine, and when I replied to this email, I got no assistance about the portafilter problem. None of the portafilters I've tried to order that claim to suit most espresso machines have worked for this one. Besides this issue, I am still impressed by the performance of this espresso machine. Made this first few lattes with this machine and am quite impressed with the machine. It has lots of good features at 1100w, 15 bar pressure, 1.5 liter water tank & milk frother. Pretty much a good solid machine especially if this is your first expresso machine. I like that the temp meter not only shows the temp for expresso but also for milk frothing. This helps me insure that I get the coffee right each time. The frothing wand swings in & out & has adjustable steam strength to get the milk where I like it. The cup warmer on top is also nice to preheat your cup if desired. I turn on the machine as soon as I get to the kitchen so it is warmed & ready to brew when I am. Once warmed, it is pretty quick to brew to coffee. Like any expresso machine, keeping it clean & rinsing after each use is highly recommended. It's just part of the process if you want it to last and keep tasting great coffee. I like the look of it as stainless matches the rest of my kitchen. So far the first lattes are tasting very yummy. This is a great espresso machine that blows my old machine (a basic Mr. Coffee one) out of the water. Not only does this one have a full tank that it can draw water from to make brewing easier but the espresso comes out so much faster and the machine gets to pressure really quickly. I also really like that I don’t have to worry about there being too much pressure or having to take off a possible pressurized top. I would definitely buy this machine again. ... show more
