Make old coffee maker suddenly stop working and after looking at many different coffee makers I decided to purchase this one this one because of the many positive reviews and the features it provides. I really like the large easy to use display for setting the clock, the brew strength and other features. The brewed coffee is very good tasing from classic, intense and rich. My only small negative is that it brews slower than my old coffee maker, but not enough to drop a star rating. Time will tell if it holds up, but for now it's great.

*Nice style *Works well *Using a bit confusing, but once you get used to it, it's great. *The clock however, is a disappointment - it keeps running fast - gaining 5 minutes daily. Does not keep accurate time, so using the programming function it would be off. *Overall, a good item.

This coffee maker is impressively solid for what it is, delivering reliable performance. However, its user interface can feel a bit overwhelming with all the options—like choosing the roast level, strength, pre-infusion, and more—which might be more than I need. Additionally, I wish there was a clearer indicator for the timed setting; currently, I have to watch for lights turning off, which isn't very intuitive.

Oh, I can say is wow and how amazed I am at this beautiful coffee machine! This comes out HOT and you can push the infusion button before you brew of course, and the pour over water is hot. It is SCA certified and so easy to program by following the directions. The coffee does not come out bitter course I use paper filters. I’m going to try the cone tomorrow. I have tried the classic and the intense and the coffee is awesome! Don’t hesitate to buy this. This is amazing!! Not bitter I can’t say enough good things about this product and the manufacturer

Updated: I stand by my original review. They sent a " new and improved " unit and it's already LOST 22 MINUTES!! We are really unhappy!! BUYER BEWARE. It loses time. You know when your battery on your watch is dying and you realize that your watch made you late for work, an appointment or whatever...yeah, it's like that. After all a week or so, ours is a half hour off. We set the maker to be ready at a certain time in the morning and it's not ready. Gevi sent me an email telling me that they know that it's a pre existing condition that they can't fix. They feel that it's an acceptable situation that they are selling a product that doesn't work as described. I NEVER would have bought it if I knew that it was a defective design. Their lackluster and indifferent response is incredibly disappointing. This is my 1st AND LAST GEVI purchase ever.

I bought this on a lighting deal. I had always owned a Cuisinart so I didn’t know what to expect. I’m really happy I tried a different brand. Every cup is like I’m in Italy all over again. I grind my own beans and the taste is incredible. Looks expensive, easy to clean, stays hot for several hours. I’m very happy with the decision to try another brand.
