I got this for storage and thinking I could put a couple of critter tanks on it - a 20 gallon half full tank and a reptile tank maybe a quarter full of soil. It only holds 70lbs. That was a big disappointment because I expected to hold bigger TVs it would be sturdier. That being said, it holds up just the reptile tank and the shelves are big enough for my kids board games and building toys. The doors move smoothly and I like the style. This TV Stand went beyond what I was hoping for. It is not solid wood but it is a heavy pretty piece. I took multiple photos and as you can see, the box was 70 lbs. it took me a little over 2 hours to put together myself but I am meticulous and like to take my time when putting together furniture. Everything was perfectly labeled either on the sides of each piece or by stickers that were easily removed. Even the bag of bits needed were fool proof. The wood is so pretty, a mix of light and medium wood tones. And besides the 4 legs, there is two other adjustable legs underneath for a more secured balance. I am giving this 4 stars because I could not get one shelf in each section but I did make it work for me (pictured). The other difficulty I had were the doors but I untightened the screws of the outside doors a tiny bit and they fit like a glove. I am happy with my purchase. ... show more

This is a beautiful piece to add to your home. It does come in many pieces. Be prepared to spend an hour or two putting it together. It was easy to assemble following the directions. I absolutely love this TV Stand. It's even more beautiful in person!

The end product is great and very sturdy. We really like it. My husband is handy - and has put together several pieces of furniture. This was not difficult just very time consuming. It took him almost 4 hours . We are still wrestling with the doors to get them just perfect - but, sure it will come. very pleased with the end result, perfect size for my 70" tv. Looks really nice for being particle board. Assembly took multiple hours but all of the holes lined up perfectly, so assembly was not too bad but a few parts were a little tricky.

I received the box on time and was immediately intimidated by the weight of the box as well as with the amount of pieces it came in. I contacted the seller and asked to return in but once I realized I would be responsible for the shipping I figured that would cost a fortune so I decided to give it a shot and try to assemble myself. 3 hours and 2 glasses of wine later it it completed and a perfect addition to my basement. As everyone else says- the directions really are easy to follow and all of the pieces were there. I had no trouble at all. It looks and feels sturdy and so much more expensive than it actually was. This is definitely a great purchase and a solid and beautiful piece of furniture that I expect to last a long time... ... show more
