This is what I was looking for, waited for in a air fryer: 1. Multi tray with large capacity ✔ 2. Rotisserie enabled ✔ 3. Able to see though ✔ 4. Easy to clean ✔ 5. Decent pre settings ✔ 6. Replace two other appliances(mini oven, toaster) on the counter. I am definitely amazed. Kids love it, wife love it. So far we made potato wedges, rotisserie tandoori whole chicken. Both came out amazing. I could never do a decent whole tandoori chicken before. This did not dry or burn meat; meat was juicy yumm!!! Limits seem endless, wife is not mad with purchase. So far, I highly recommend. Replaced mini oven but not able to knock off the toaster from counter though. Need to figure out how to toast bread just the way toaster Pro tip: even though it comes with a drip tray. It’s best to line the bottom tray with foil to make for easy clean up. ... show more

I like the sleek, elegant design. The parts appear to be made of good quality plastic and steel. It does the job well. Buuuut, when I first opened the grinder's lid there was a VERY strong odor of machine oil. The parts were not properly cleaned before assembly. This is a well-built air fryer. After five months of use, it still looks and works like new. It does everything it's supposed to do. The controls are easy to use. It seems to be well engineered. There's nothing cheap or defective about it. The drip plates have a thin anti-rust coating, so you can't use harsh abrasives on them, but after 5 months of ordinary use, they're holding up. ... show more

I`ve had this oven for about five months, so far it`s the best little oven I've owned, (5th. one) It does it all, probably more then I`ll ever use! I have one complaint, it`s only 11 inches deep, but I adjusted to that so far, by buying some smaller pans. My corelleware fits fine, my Pyrex does not, no big deal...Also, Please read the manual, has a lot of tips & tricks in it! I will update this review in a few months.. This is my first time using an Air Fryer Oven and I am super impressed! I love how crispy it makes my food without having to use unhealthy fats. The Air Fryer has 13 smart programs. Not only is it an Air Fryer, buy you can toast bread or a bagel, bake, broil, roast and even use it as a dehydrator. I am excited to try the dehydrate function when fruit season arrives. You can even rotisserie a whole chicken! The oven itself has a foot print of approximately 12" x 15". It is stainless in color with a black control panel. It looks very nice sitting on my counter and compliments my stainless steel/black kitchen appliances. The Air Fryer is as described. Product broke after 3 months of use. Upon hitting power on switch, the display screen would cycle numbers and then would freeze. It would not reset or power off so we had to unplug but it wouldn’t reboot any differently after doing that. Tried for months to contact customer service. Finally got a hold of someone and they created a customer complaint case # and said to look out for an email about a resolution which never came. All around disappointing experience.
