We had been looking for just the right set for over a year. Was a little nervous about ordering patio furniture online without the chance to see it in person or sit on it. I don't regret making the decision at all now that it has arrived. Why did we wait so long? The set arrived this week and we set it up yesterday. It is the perfect size for our smallish patio. We even had one more seat/section than we needed, which we are using on our deck. We love the look and quality. See photo. The cushions are comfortable and provide good back support (I'm 5' 11"). Although it is low weight, it does not slide around on our blue stone patio and the cushions stay in place. The Ohana customer service was prompt and fantastic. We had a number of questions before we placed our order and while it was in transit. The set arrived two days before the first day of the 10 day delivery window! The set was securely attached to a wooden shipping pallet and packed well with plenty of protection. We couldn't happier. ... show more

I purchased this piece four years ago. Here's what I can say. On the positive the wicker frame ages very well. This is a large piece and the cushions are comfortable enough. I live in the midwest with big fluctuations in temperature and the frame has withstood that very nicely. The downfall are the cushions. They are neither water resistant or water proof. After realizing this the hard way (heavy rain and a ten day dry out period) the company sent me cushion covers that help with water resistance. This is a slight improvement but I would not buy this piece again unless it was in an enclosed porch. Having to uncover and then recover with every use is annoying. If you do not cover it and a heavy rain hits it takes a long time for the cushions to fully dry. They also end up with water marks which requires you to strip each cushion and put the cover through he wash. In the future I will end up paying more for Sunbrella fabric to be able to enjoy it anytime. In the end you get what you pay for, this piece is well priced as long as you realize the limitations. ... show more

If I had it to do over again while I love this item and the price was great, but the light taupe shows dirt quickly and My biggest complaint on this item is that it is hard to find a cover to fit it. The dimensions are not standard and most covers will flop over accumulating rain and debris... I've tried putting additional outdoor pieces under it, but the uneveness is a magnet for debris. I found one cover that fit and bought two of them because they were thin, but they are not available again so out of luck. I need to cover them for rain or else they are unusable, and I don't want to have to disassemble it every year for seasonal storage. The bottom clips are rather difficult to get on and off. They need to sell the cover separately, even though it's flimsy as heck, I'd buy two and double them up. ... show more

The set is really well made. Somewhat disappointed on the height of the back not as comfortable Light weight which makes it easy to move around the pool area. I live in palm desert and plan to cover to prevent sun damage in summer months which comes with the set! Yeah! Overall very pleased with the set. ... show more

The wicker part is pretty high quality but the cushions hold an ENORMOUS amount of water and NEVER dry out. It forms a white crust where the water is and even molds! See my video in this review!

Came fully assembled. Seems to be well made. Cushions fit together snugly, and the color didn't fade. Really happy with this purchase.

The only complaint I have is that I was told I had to be home to sign for the delivery, but they left it in my driveway without ringing the doorbell or anything. I stayed home all day waiting unnecessarily.
