Great and comfortable chair with one exception… the seat reclining mechanism doesn’t stay locked for long. I like my seat to be locked in place while I work but it keeps unlocking and the back reclines catching me off guard. The latch needs better engineering. For the price of this chair you would think they did a little quality checking. ... show more

The arms do not lock in place. The one arm will sometime stay in place but the other will not hold. The customer service is absolutely no help and refused to take the chair back. Now I am stuck with a very expensive that does not work as it should. This is the worst and most disappointing purchase I have ever made. All Amazon tells me is that it is a 3rd party seller, and they cannot take the chair back. This is nothing but a rip off. ... show more
