Pros: Leather Aluminum Great style Cons: Cheap plastic arms. Both arms have broken off at the base of the plastic. Poor arm locking. Tilt does not stay locked. Cheap plastic tilt and lock handles. Tilt handle broke off. Do not recommend.

    • Don’t buy if you care about comfort or functionality.
The chair’s material premium quality which is great, but that is where it ends. When you lean back the seat portion only slides forward but does not angle at all, which I didn’t think was an issue, but it makes it a little uncomfortable. The back is not ergonomic, it is too curved so it feels like it pushes your lower/middle back forward leaving the top half of your back without support unless you contort yourself. Aside from that, the leaver brick after less then a year and now the chair just goes backwards when you lean back. So for the price, would not recommend. Great and comfortable chair with one exception… the seat reclining mechanism doesn’t stay locked for long. I like my seat to be locked in place while I work but it keeps unlocking and the back reclines catching me off guard. The latch needs better engineering. For the price of this chair you would think they did a little quality checking. ... show more

The arms do not lock in place. The one arm will sometime stay in place but the other will not hold. The customer service is absolutely no help and refused to take the chair back. Now I am stuck with a very expensive that does not work as it should. This is the worst and most disappointing purchase I have ever made. All Amazon tells me is that it is a 3rd party seller, and they cannot take the chair back. This is nothing but a rip off. ... show more
