  • Beautiful! Great Seller. Great communication.
Chandelier is beautiful. Dvd did not work but seller was great. A few tips for you before it makes you crazy: Small crystals only go on the 15 dishes, four small crystals each dish AND four small crystals on the very top dish under chain. All large crystals go everywhere else. Assemble everything first. Lay it all out. Last 2 steps should be attaching the long line of crystals x8 from arm to stem. Then last step put the dishes on each candle. Everything else is a meticulous puzzle. Yes it takes time but so worth it. Stunning in my kitchen. I did replace led bulbs that came with it with soft white 40 watt leds. The paper directions are useless. The seller responded fast and polite with a video to install. The video is helpful but has alot of ads to view. There was not one damaged crystal or part. Everything is packaged perfectly and meticulously and safely. I choose to paint the silver bowl that covers the wires. I spray painted it white. It brightened up the lower body assembly alot versus leaving it metal under the conyak color. I will add a Pic of it left as silver and a Pic of it as painted white. The little metal circles are the key to your puzzle. Each has four tiny holes. All the crystals eventually attach to that little metal ring. 10 arms on the bottom you use every 4 holes on the metal ring. 5 arms on the top you use only one hole on the metal ring to hang one strand off of. Thank you. Great seller. Polite. Fast. Helpful. Wonderful. Beautiful chandelier. ... show more

  • Belongs in the Palace of Versailles!!!! BUT it's difficult to put together... WORTH IT THOUGH
BEAUTIFUL! It easily looks like a $3,000 chandelier, not $300!! We don't have all the bulbs in yet (see my photos) but it's blindingly sparkling!! It's exactly what I wanted!!! BUT BEWARE... it needs to be WIRED!!! It is very DIFFICULT to put together, and this was a 3-day weekend task for me. However, the seller provided a step-by-step DVD and paper instructions, and a huge note saying to please contact him if anything was broken. I thought that was really nice and responsible of him, and nothing arrived broken for me. A few notes: 1. This task was double the difficulty because I wanted the chandelier in a 2-story foyer. Therefore, I had to figure out a way to hang it low while I placed all the jewels (I wasn't doing that on a 10-foot ladder!). See my pictures where I hung my work station from the balcony to assemble it. 2. Jewels: I got comfy in front of Netflix and went to town on assembling the jewels all at once. It took over 4 hours just for the jewels alone, but I didn't mind. Putting this entire thing together is good to do in stages. If it went over a dining room table it would have been much easier. 3. WIRING!!!! Each arm has to be connected to the main wires. I had no clue how to do this and almost called an electrician, but after some YouTubing and help from my husband I was able to successfully wire this fixture. Just figuring that out killed another 2 hours, and I'm happy to say I didn't burn down our house when it was finally hung and connected. 4. I had my husband install a ceiling medallion (see the noose he made in my work station picture? That's how the project was going... lol). The medallion is now preventing the cap from being screwed flush to the ceiling, so we will troubleshoot that later on (no big deal right now). Overall, this product is luxurious and I'm SO happy to have purchased it, and have gone through the pain of putting it together. But it is a huge task and PLEASE know how to wire things together. My first attempt I wrapped all of the wires together without separating any of them by input/output and my husband took one look and asked if I was trying to blow up our house... :-) If you don't mind a big project this chandelier is well worth it's low price! ... show more

  • Beautiful Chandelier
I just finished building this chandelier and it is beautiful. I'm estimating it took me about 6 hours total to build it. Building the main structure is easy. The time consuming part is hanging all the crystal pendants on the small beats and then hanging them from the chandelier. There are roughly 120 of them in total and each one has a miniture key ring type loop you have to attach to all of them. Once I got the hang of the key ring style loops it assembled fast. The DVD included is a must watch. Like the typical guy, I assembled it without watching it and I struggled to figure out where each bead string and the pendant went. I finally watched it at the end and had to redo a few things I did wrong. The DVD shows in great detail where everything goes. It came fast and was well packaged. Everything was in perfect shape. Luckily they give you 2 extra of each size crystal pendants in case you drop one. I dropped on and broke it so I'm happy they had spares in the box. I'm thoroughly amazed at the quality of this chandelier. My wife and I have been shopping for a while and one like this would cost between $1000-1500 in the store for this size with 15 lights. I was concerned what the quality would be like because of the low price but I was not disappointed. Pictures cannot capture how great it looks. I fully recommend. Tip: When attaching all of the wires at the bottom from the 15 different arms, don't try to attach all 15 together in one spot. I did a set of 8 wires and a set of 7 wires then made a jumper wire to connect the two sets. It comes with just 2 small wire nuts to make the final connection at the ceiling but nothing to connect all the wires at the base inside the chandelier. The DVD shows using electrical tape to hold them all together. I had some large size wirenuts to use instead. I recommend picking up a couple. ... show more
