It came lightly broken, but the content was intact because it's wrapped in a nailon bag, at least in my case it came like that. I first use it as directed. Apply evenly, then lest rest for 15 min, it looked good but when I finally dried my hair it didn't actually worked as expected. I decided to give it a shot next day since it didn't hurt my scalp (notice I bought super). I tried again next day, this time I continued massaging the application and finally decided to rinse after 30min!!! This did worked. I think the product is very reliable and it does protect your hair a lot. It has some oil component and it doesn't hurt the scalp but all that also results in not a very strong product as it says. My hair is very strong, for thin hair people I recommend some precaution, what I did it's absolutely not recommended. The item is shipped in a lightweight bag. I think the braking issue would be a little better if it comes in a box, the plastic used for the container is not very resistant. If you consider to use it, my recommendation is to be aware of how it feels in your scalp and if it burns that is a sign that you should rince immediately.     • It works great but don't go over the time limit
My hair is silky smooth and straight except where I went over the time limit and wound up with a damaged patch of hair. That was my own fault but overall a great product. I would have given it 5 stars if the container wasn't cracked and leaking upon arrival.

I’m a Latino with a coarse hair, African decent. I think it definitely helped relax my hair, the only catch is: - My hand I used to pour it in my hair got the skin peeling off - My hair, I think, smelled like burnt BUT!!! It relaxes my hair, so in my book, it was worth it.

    • Makes my skin taste burnt for about 2 weeks..
This stuff is kind of strange. So I have weird hair. I blame it on the bipolar weather around me. Sometimes my hair has got a slight wave and looks appealing, other times it is almost curly with a frizz. I have no idea about why or what sort of conditioner to use to help me, so I tried a relaxer lol. The relaxer itself works. Instead of being all frizzy my hair goes back to how it normally is on a good day. So why 3 stars? Read on... First of all, this stuff is a bitch to rinse out of my hair. I use a colour-changing neutralizing shampoo and it NEVER runs white. I have to sit in the shower for 30 minutes rinsing my hair over and over and over. Finally when the water runs a pale pink, I stop. The real reason it gets 3 stars is my skin tastes like something burnt it for about 2 weeks after using this product. I don't mean my scalp got burnt.. I mean my skin. My lips, my arms.. my mouth. I am hoping it has to do with water run off when trying to rinse this stuff out of my hair, if not I hate to think what my body is absorbing to be making my skin like this. Good relaxer. Effective. But burnt my scalp - I guess it's too harsh for me, and I am African. Note not to leave long on hair.
