I wish it took her a little longer to rip it apart (about 3 days), but I decided then to buy multiple sized snakes and the smaller one was best for lasting longer. She consumed a lot of the the threads and plastic so she got sick and threw it all up. Then she decided not to eat so much of the others! Much better. Still makes a mess, but what can you do? A dog’s got to have fun when mom and dad aren’t all that fun! ;-D

My dog really enjoyed this toy. However, she managed to chew her way through and pull out the squeaker in less than 3 days. Hardly "invincible". But I do like that it doesn't have stuffing, because she only likes plush toys and I always worry she'll eat the stuffing and get sick. Maybe it would be better if it was a toy that you only let your dog have during certain times of day so it would last longer. She was very intent on killing it so she went much harder on it than on her other toys for long periods of time. It is fairly cheap at least, so I may buy one again in the future as a special treat for her.

My dog went nuts for this toy. He absolutely loved it. He’s a little 12 pound beagle mix…and within a week he has torn out all the squeakers. He just grabbed the last one about 15 minutes ago. So for the cost, he got a lot of entertainment, but not a whole lot of longevity.

After her last toy finally gave up the ghost after 2 years of fun intense loving play I knew I had to replace it. (The blue snake) She is loving this one too.. we've had a game of tug and keep away.. and now she laying at my feet dissecting the orange snake 15 minutes out of the box and that double stitching that the manufacturer was so proud of... Well it's no match for a determined squeaky hunter like Nalla..I knew it didn't have as high a chance as an ice cube in hell, Nalla is good at toy destruction. I am happy that's she's having a good time.. money well spent.

I have an 11 month old 45 lbs puppy. He loves soft toys, but he destroys them so fast, especially ones with limbs. I’ve been only buying him round plush toys, but they’re not the same when he shakes them. I decided to give the medium green gecko a try. The price was right if he destroyed it in a few minutes. 24 hours of constant play later, it’s still going strong, not a thread out of place. He has destroyed toys double the price boasting invincibility, but this $9 gecko has outlasted them all. Even if he manages to destroy it by the 48 hour mark, I’ll consider it a win and still buy more. For the price it’s worth it for my pup to have a toy he loves. My pup is 23” tall, 45 lbs and the medium was a great size, and I think potentially more difficult to destroy than the large.

I want to simultaneously give this 5 stars and 0 stars so I'll average it at 3. Why 5 stars? My dog LOVED this. She played with it nonstop for three hours. She turned 1 and it was her birthday gift. I have not seen her so in love with a toy before. She wore herself out with the absolute bliss of playing with this. Why 0 stars? My dog is rough on toys. I've tried a few "invincible" toys... and well. She had it ripped open during hour two and the squeaker torn apart. So it didn't last long. I bought this when it was 50% off so it came out to about $4 which might have been worth it for how much my dog loved it... If I would have spent full price I think I would have been ticked off. If this toy ever goes on sale again I would probably get it again with the knowledge that it's not going to last BUT my dog will love the heck out of it before tearing it apart.
