Nice bike, came as mostly assembled and the instruction video made the process a lot easier so be sure to look at that. I'm never a fan of reading manuals! Did took me awhile to put on the pedal but that's because I was threading clockwise the whole time and supposed to be counterclockwise to get it on then the finish touch with a wrench to tighten down. The motor was strong and and at mode 3, bike was already cruising along pretty effortlessly. I like the small rack on the back of bike to strap things to it and bring along for the ride. The horn is quite loud so that's a plus and cars can definitely hear it. The feel on the leather like wrap handles was pretty cool!

I’m very pleased with this bike. I’m a senior and find the bike easy to ride and love the ability to use the electric motor when my legs get tired and I don’t have to worry about getting back home. The bike arrived earlier than expected, it is well built, works and looks great. After unpacking the bike, I noticed the seat standpipe had some paint damage and there was a small tear on the seat. I emailed customer service, and they responded in less than 24 hours, apologized, and offered a new seat, a refund for the paint damage, and a free saddle bag. Thank you, customer service, for your response is rare to find today!!

Love this bike. Can ride with back straight instead of bent over. My knees need the exercise but hills are tough. Power assist is perfect for that problem. Can now enjoy fresh air and sunshine at my own pace or speed it up if I need to be somewhere in a hurry. Do have a question if anyone can answer. My battery gauge has two green bars and one red bar when fully charged. Is the red bar normal?

I got the the blue one. The style of the bike is great, just look like a normal bike. With the 26'' wheel, it fits a typical adult comfortably. It can easily go very fast when using the electric mode, saving my energy especially on slopes. The assembly took me about two hours. Some tips may be helpful: The chain was loose for my case, I found is that it is much easy to put it one when I took the cover off. I had the battery holder a little off (battery could not be pushed to the very end), which might due to shipping; I contact costumer service and they quickly responded and it was actually just an easy adjustment. Love this bike! Bought an open box one and the description stated replacement parts for damage would be sent separate. I was a little apprehensive at first and prepared for the possibility that we would be able to get the parts and I was okay with that so I was thrilled when not only did the company send the parts they noted were damaged, bit when there were other parts that arrived damaged, they sent those as well! Would 100% recommend this adorable bike, and 100% recommend ordering from this company. The bike functions similarly to all our other electric bikes. Each one is a little different, but all have the same general functions. The power is great, I've never needed to use it at full power, it handles hills well. The seat is comfortable and even being on the shorter side I can reach everything comfortably. It's not too heavy and can be peddled okay without power. Overall it's a great bike and cute to top it off!
