The batteries were difficult to put in. It took two of us to pry open the slot to pull out the battery box. The handle to support the head misfit, and fell out. The child loved the sound effects, great, but unable to ride the head heavy, and no handle on one side. I would have returned it, but the child loved it too much.

I was really excited about this toy, but the handles are flimsy and don’t screw in properly, making it difficult to use. It had so much potential, but the poor design was frustrating. Unfortunately, I had to return it.

My granddaughter, age 3, loves her new horse. But the galloping sound goes on a pretty long time. Also, the tail drags on the ground so it will get dirty really fast and it is white. Otherwise a fun toy for inside or out for any horse lover.
