When it works, it does the job. I’ve had it up to 30 mph. I also had to hire a young guy with some bike experience assemble it for $100 and then the brakes locked up and I had to take it into a bike shop to have it fixed for another $150. I have chatted with Amazon Customer Service twice now and have been told I would recieve a full refund and it has already been over two weeks!!! Where is my refund? My throttle just stopped working and it won’t work at all. Only thing I can do is pedal assist and I just joined a bike club pedal assist is not an option for me right now. I need the throttle. What can I do to get to working I have a two-year protection plan, but I can’t do nothing with it because I can’t get in contact with the seller ... show more

    • Tippy. Poor assembly instructions.
Horrible assembly instructions, print and video. All of the fenders were scratched and scuffed, and one was dented. The little computer's case was broken. The center of gravity is quite high, and the ride feels very tippy. I will be returning this.

Directions are terrible! Seat seams to be too far forward, fenders were scraped in the box, dent in junction box. Other than that I do like it
