This trike is a little difficult to put together, but my son did it in 3 hours. There was a minor issue with a dented and scratched fender, but they made it right. The company is easy to work with and I love riding this trike!!!! Well worth it!

The bicycle was damaged cosmetic scratches and the motor was dented in. Easy to turn over around sharp corners ,rear end needs to be wider for stability. You will Need helmet . The only thing I like Abt the bike was the tires. Have to manual pedal only very disappointed in manufacture.if I Cld of returned it I wld have. Assembly was difficult for one person.     • Difficult to assemble and booklet instructions are not easy to follow.
Not easy to assemble and hard to believe that it was 50% assembled as claimed. I hope that when I get the seat adjusted and battery charged that it is easy to ride. However, in initial tests, it was difficult to get on and the pedals seemed to far back. They should be more forward. Once I get the battery charged and all the adjustments made, I will make another evaluation. ... show more

comes completely unassembled! lousy quality control! bikes main rear axle froze up within a 1/4 mile! Took a bit to get it working. center of gravity way too high!

Left fender came dented in the box , one 6M bolt missing from rear brake caliper. Good thing I’m an aerospace mechanic because the assembly instructions are terrible. But I handled everything and I am tearing around town. I love the bike!

    • Tippy. Poor assembly instructions.
Horrible assembly instructions, print and video. All of the fenders were scratched and scuffed, and one was dented. The little computer's case was broken. The center of gravity is quite high, and the ride feels very tippy. I will be returning this.

The directions are terrible took 5 hours to put together one bike. The nuts keep falling off. And one bike has scratches on two fenders,no cover on the basket on either bike and the chain gard was cheap plastic and busted .
