The bicycle was damaged cosmetic scratches and the motor was dented in. Easy to turn over around sharp corners ,rear end needs to be wider for stability. You will Need helmet . The only thing I like Abt the bike was the tires. Have to manual pedal only very disappointed in manufacture.if I Cld of returned it I wld have. Assembly was difficult for one person.     • Difficult to assemble and booklet instructions are not easy to follow.
Not easy to assemble and hard to believe that it was 50% assembled as claimed. I hope that when I get the seat adjusted and battery charged that it is easy to ride. However, in initial tests, it was difficult to get on and the pedals seemed to far back. They should be more forward. Once I get the battery charged and all the adjustments made, I will make another evaluation. ... show more

I got my bike unassembled. Took it to Cyclefit, they put it together in 4 hours. I'm so impressed at how safe and easy my trike is to handle. I've shown many friends and neighbors, they love it I highly recommend to anyone looking to buy this trike. Do it. This is my best purchase ever.

    • Tippy. Poor assembly instructions.
Horrible assembly instructions, print and video. All of the fenders were scratched and scuffed, and one was dented. The little computer's case was broken. The center of gravity is quite high, and the ride feels very tippy. I will be returning this.

My throttle just stopped working and it won’t work at all. Only thing I can do is pedal assist and I just joined a bike club pedal assist is not an option for me right now. I need the throttle. What can I do to get to working I have a two-year protection plan, but I can’t do nothing with it because I can’t get in contact with the seller ... show more
