I have a severe case of melasma that started during pregnancy. I was told it would go away within six months of delivery but here it is two years later and I still have it. I'm one of the few who it never goes away. Prescription creams aren't covered under insurance so I've looked into several different types. After reading many reviews I chose this one. Although its too soon to know how it treats the melasma, I'm highly pleased so far. The cream is very moisturizing, no need for anything on top of it. Its not greasy and absorbs quickly. Very light clean scent. No irritation or redness noted. After a few days my skin does look more radient. I plan on documenting weekly the effects on the melasma and will follow up with updated reviews.

This cream seems to help lighten dark spots. I have only used it for about a week but am encouraged by the results. The results are subtle but I hope with continued use I will see great improvement in my skin.

This cream is seriously amazing. I’ve been using it for a few weeks and already noticed how much smoother my skin feels. It also started fading some dark spots I’ve had for a while,nothing else really worked until now. It’s lightweight, doesn’t clog my pores, and gives my skin a nice, healthy look. Absolutely love this product. It's lightweight with no offensive odor. My skin has brightened and my tone has evened in less than 2 weeks. My first review was NOT for this item. The other product I reviewed was working but not how I wanted it to- I stopped using the other one. I have been using this every morning and every night for about two months. No improvement in the melasma that has been developing for the past three years but little fading of one new line of darkness that may be something other than melasma. I don’t know how others are seeing improvement cuz I’m not at all. I still have the same full blown mask I’ve had for 3 years now. It’s not dark but I see it and others see it if they get up close and I point it out. I also have a weird circle of no pigment in the middle of my melasma masked forehead. I’ll keep using this until it’s gone. If I see results I’ll update.

Fragrance free and effective in lightening sun spots. Be careful when spot treating, or stacking applications 2-3x in the same areas. It tends to get splotchy. I find the best results when doing 1-2 treatments at most and then applying my retinol for the evening. There's been no irritation with retinol which is great!! I have sensitive skin too and 0 irritation. Gotta make sure to use sunscreen frequently during these hot summers!
