My Geekom mini computer arrived as expected, and was well packaged. I was impressed with the nice packaging design after I got it out of the shipping box. I set everything up and it booted right up into Windows11. While that was good for Microsoft, I am thankful that members of the Linux community provided me a way to break out of Windows jail. I was then able to modify the initial setup to boot Linux as well. I now have a dual boot machine, and can enjoy the best of both systems. I was also impressed with the assistance I received from Geekom support. I was able to contact them before the sale, and they kindly answered my questions. Only one question was overlooked after the sale. I recommend them as a vendor, and would buy from them again.

Geekom replaced the first defective PC for me. The new one has now been running for 2 weeks with no issues, no overheating. Hopefully they'll be able to identify the overheating problems with some units and/or prevent them from getting to customers (like me). Thank you Orig. review: The compact size of this PC is great, however it's unreliable, becomes unresponsive, often overheats.

I love my new Geekom. I went with the I7 (13th Generation) chip and 32 gigs of memory. The computer boots very fast and reacts to anything very quickly. After delivery, I did the requisite updates to the Windows 11 Pro. I then followed it up with the installation of a 1 TB SSD which was very easy to do. I haven't had a single problem with it and I am very happy with my choice. I'm not a gamer so I can't comment on the strength of this pc for that purpose.

Bought one direct from Geekom. Great potential small size, etc. but it lasted 2 weeks and popped. I have been trying for a week to get in contact with service or support. the phone number is crap, the chat is crap, no response on how to get it in for replacement or fix or ? I figure it just got hot as it did get hot in use but finally popped the power unit inside the computer . if they don't responde with return address it is just junk!.

It fits in the palm of my hand. It is quite and stays cool. I have had it working on transfering files, watching a video, and updating/downloading programs and it got just a little warm and the video had to buffer a couple of times. It has been easy to setup. So far I am very pleased with it. We ordered my wife one of her own!
