I added the house keeper to make it simple for her to clean. Hardware: Was simple and easy to install and setup. Had it for about 1 month and no battery problems. Came charged but I topped it up with a battery cell. It feels high quality and works flawlessly, quick and quiet. Finger print recognition like 98% of the time first try. Summary: BEST INVENTION EVER - really improved my peace of mind at the house - no more arguments about who left what where. Just quiet. SO great.

This seemed like a really good thing–sturdy quality, attractive design, etc. My BF helped me install and connect. Luckily I had him set his fingerprint too because even though it worked for me initially--it stopped working on my fingerprints 48 hours later! Luckily, his still works. Since I was leaving town the morning it locked me out, I will not be able to return it until October (which I imagine is probably past the return/exchange dealine). Maybe I can reset it when I get back. In all fairness, I am one of those people who must have weird electro-magnetic vibes as this is not the first electronic device that has acted wacky in my presence. Just frustrating that I will not be able to get into my own bedroom without enlisting the other "admin." (And yes, I used the same thumb on my right hand at the same angle, and several other angles with zero success)

The guy claiming he can open it with his foot, clearly failed to actually complete setup. Once you've done that, it works great and verifies to the enrolled fingerprints only. This is a great option for a home office, or any room with a mild security requirement. Perfect to keep snoopy visitors or rampaging children out of your private spaces.

Product works perfectly, just remember to read the manual for how to setup. It seems like most the one star reviews saying that the fingerprint scanner doesn’t work didn’t do that. Out of the box literally anything with heat will open the door.. until you set the administrator finger prints. After that it works absolutely brilliantly.

Easy to install, a breeze to set it up, it talks, works so well. I have other door knobs that take a code, and i like them, this one is instant, opens in seconds.

So to sum it up I bought one lock installed it and turned out the lock only operated if you turn the door handle to the left if you turn it to the right it would open right up. So I figured I would give it another shot I received and installed the second one for the fingerprint reader not to work.. needless to say I will not be giving it another shot. Just in case you were wondering your customer support for this device can only be reached through whats app. Save your time and your door by not giving this a try because unfortunately you have to Chip away to get the lock to sit correctly.

The media could not be loaded. This is one of the worst experiences with any product I bought from Amazon. I bought the 1st one and had issues trying to program it, I followed instructions in detail and figured I got a dud. Ordered a replacement because we really wanted to this item and it was worse because it came speaking in either Chinese or Korean. Not sure because I don't speak any of those languages, so there was no way to set it up. Also, Customer service is garbage, if it even exists. Why bother going into business if you won't ACTUALLY back up the product with true Customer service. I called the number, left my call back information and still 3 days later from the first lock I bought and not one call back. Don't buy this product unless you want to throw away your money.
