This machine makes great tasting espresso and lattes! It is much easier to use than I was expecting. My only real complaint is that the espresso button doesn’t automatically determine when to stop brewing so you really have to watch and know when to stop it.

I’ll give it benefit of the doubt based on a trial run. I don’t drink coffee but I tested the machine out for my wife and it worked as advertised as far as I can tell. I’ll agree with most that it’s disappointing that you don’t receive the milk pitcher that’s in the pics but so far so good otherwise. Hope it lasts cause I usually purchase top of the line. Great espresso maker. I use this just about everyday & I love it. Sometimes the milk steamer gives me a little trouble but other than that it works perfectly. I recommend reading the instructions clearly before use since there are a few things you have to be careful with.

I repurchased this machine because I thought the wrong model was being delivered because a different model was pictured on my order, but I got two of the same. I have one to my sister but the one I received is leaking. It does not auto stop and continues to leak after you press the espresso making button ... show more

We bought this to replace our kruig coffee maker/ expresso machine. Because we weren't using the coffee machine as much as the espresso machine and this is much smaller looks great on the counter and make some much nicer cup of espresso. My husband is my personal barista and he loves this machine for the quietness the great steaming and how easy it is to use thanks for making such a great machine you're going to like it ... show more

Easy and fun to use. Learning to froth. Water receptacle is simple to fill, replace. Holds many cups. Need to place cloth in drainer to catch excess drips, especially if remove the main holder to place a larger cup.
