Some tips for best use: grind beans fine for best and strongest flavor. I've had no problems. With the frothing wand, let the water stream out onto a paper towel or cup before you put your milk under the frother. It let's a stream of water out first that you don't want into your milk if you're looking for the strongest cappuccino flavor.

The machine wasn’t for me because I don’t drink expressos often, I returned it and have to wait 30 days for a refund? I think that is not fair plus wait another 7 days ? I paid with gift card n no way of contacting them ! Won’t order from Geek again.

I’ve been thinking to buy a espresso machine since Covid since WFH has been a routine, then I found this one. The instruction guide is pretty detailed and it tells you the every step from the first use. That guides you how much coffee ground you should put to make a cup of coffee. The size of the machine is perfectly to fit my empty area in kitchen. Not too big neither too small. I can pre-warm my cup by putting it on top of the machine. The milking foam maker is also easy to use( but my skill is to poor🙃) Overall, it’s really a beyond expectation purchase experience!

Previously I had a Keurig coffee maker but I don't like the flavor of that kind of coffee and gave it away. I have been looking for a real coffee maker for a while and so glad I got this coffee maker. It took me only a few seconds to get myself and my husband some coffee with decent foam. Another thing I like about it is that this coffee maker is very easy to clean. Tried it out for a few times and will explore later to get different kinds of coffee!

The media could not be loaded. OMG I love this espresso coffee maker! It looks exactly like over-$200-values types! Everything looks advanced! Very easy to use, just follow the guide for the first time, and you won’t need it. Water tank is huge and easy to clean. I finally can froth milk with steam at home!
