This rug is really soft and nice, but I have two complaints. First of all, the packaging is wayyyyyy too much. When I finally managed to get it out of the wrapping it was extremely wrinkled and ugly. I had to put it in the dryer for a good hour before it looked normal. Second, it doesn’t have non slip pads. This rug will slide around your floor and flip up if you’re not careful. Not a huge issue but definitely annoying.

Right out of the package I couldn’t get over how soft it was. It’s really nice and a great size for my room. Couldn’t beat the price, I was in need of a rug this size and couldn’t find one cheap til I came across this one! It’s rough to vacuum if I’m being honest, it’s possible if ur patient and strong enough to push a vacuum across. Over time it loses some of the softness but I’d say that’s any rug.

This rug was a gift for my husband who mourned the loss of carpet in our bedroom because floors are cold in the morning, and putting bare feet on the hard floor first thing is unbearable. We love the rug, how inexpensive it was, and the softness of it. It is easy to vacuum and the colors are great. Unfortunately, we also have a dog that likes to lick said carpet which results in the carpet becoming crusty. So if you are able to keep this carpet in a place where it will stay dry, it is perfect. If it will get wet, the softness will go away. Overall, we really like it and the price was a steal.

You can see the the white matting the shag is attached to. It only looks full if you vacuum it all in one direction to cover everything. I have owned it for a little over a year and the edging is horrible looking it has only gotten thinner and the shag looks ratty. It’s going in the trash.
