  • Works like a charm. I’m glad I bought it
Worked like a charm. Pounded for an hour with a fork and air hammer. This worked in 1 min for each side. Very solid product. Thank you

  • Good for Barbie-sized ball joints
This is a nice little tool... but is too small for larger ball joints such as those used in pickup trucks. I cut the center slot of the fork a bit wider, and it's works nicely... on smaller ball joints.

  • Looks Good So Far Looks Good So Far
I have a 1998 Toyota 4Runner that needs to have the lower ball joints replaced. Reading a "how to" thread on the 4Runner forum, I learned this tool makes the job super easy. So I thought I would give it a try. This is a very heavy duty tool. It appears very well built and forged. The size it big enough that it should provide plenty of leverage when popping out the ball joint. I saw some other reviews for this tool showing the tool was machined incorrectly and the arms did not line up. Mine were aligned perfectly. The dealer wanted $1000 to replace the lower ball joints. With this tool I will save $800 (the new ball joints were $180). I will update this review with new photos and my thoughts of how the job went. ... show more

  • Quality Drive Screw
Did the job, but it may have bent slightly. Not quite professional quality, but a useful tool at a good price. Make sure to grease the threads on any puller/press.
