We are public radio station that found out we had to move out of our studio for 6 weeks for the installation of a new HVAC system. I ordered two of these booths, one 1-person booth and one 2-4 person booth. They have been great! Assembly took more time with the larger booth and also there's a small learning curve. However, assembly is pretty intuitive and you can pretty much figure it out without directions (which are a bit weak due to translation issues.) The quality is outstanding - they even ship a bag of tools! You will need an electric drill for screwing the panels together, a hammer or mallet in case the doors are slightly out of alignment, and a pair of scissors. I also recommend purchasing some acoustic panels to attach to the windows with Velcro if you plan to broadcast live from the booths. The only minor issue was the shipping date. Because the booths are so big and heavy, they required a special truck with an electric lift gate to unload. This pushed back the delivery date by about a week so keep that in mind when placing the order. (The vendor was very good with keeping us up-to-date with the latest shipping info.) Also, I recommend having 4 strong people to unpack the 2-4 person booth. You can get by with only 2 people for the 1-person booth, though. Both booths require 2 people for assembly after unpacking. The only caveat is that you should have at least 3 people to put the roof on the larger-sized booth. Overall, we're very happy with the booths. They block a good amount of sound, are comfortable, sleek and don't take up a ton of space. Keep in mind that these are too tall and too wide to push through a standard-sized door. This means you will have to cart in the pieces from the shipping crate and assemble them in the room you plan to leave them in. If you don't have tall ceilings, do not order these! We plan to continue to use them after the HVAC project is complete for private meeting rooms, confidential phone calls and personal Zoom meetings.

Great Experience! I was a little worried purchasing something this large online but thought I am well protected by return policy so I went with it. The process was lot easier than expected, the only difference is that a truck came to make the delivery as oppose to with UPS, and they had to call to make an appointment. Just make sure you have the right contact number for your account so the carrier can call for appointment. Besides that It arrived on time and was a great deal. The Pod quality was exceptional, I hired a local moving company and they were able to install it without any struggle. It's pod does a great job blocking off sound and had good air circulation, it really helped our office out. Now we can have 2 person being on call at the same time, before it was impossible.

Saw some of these office privacy pods in a local bay area co-working space and thought it would be a great idea for our open office where everyone is always fighting over the 1 conference room that we have. Did my research and found these to look just like the ones I saw and took a chance.. It turned out to be a great decision. The sound booth came quickly in a durable looking wooden crate, it looked really big and intimidating at first but after opening the crate it’s really not that bad at all. Everything was pretty much already assembled for you, and you just have to put the walls together. Only tool I used was an electronic screwdriver, and maybe a small ladder and a hammer to open the crate. The most difficult part was probably lifting the ceiling over – you do want 2 people for that for sure. Total took a 3 person team about 3 hours, but really we could have done it with 2 people for the same time. The quality was superb – sound masking and sound proofing was both very adequate and the office loved the addition.
