Amazing product! Very efficient, extremely easy to use. The one drawback was the timer knob came off during operation once. And it’s not very functional without me using needle nose pliers to turn it on.

We bought this for the size. This oven is very versatile. Toast, bake, broil, convection and air fry. We hardly use the large oven. We have made, pzzas, cookies, baked chicken, air fried ribs, chicken chicken wings, and even steaks. A must have for any kitchen. Our had a one year warranty. We had for about 9 months husband broke knob. Called manufacturer to order new one. They don't sell knobs but exchanged for a new oven and paid for return of old oven. If you are looking for a very reliable appliance, this is it!

Timer knob broke off after 1st use and it makes the entire unit defective and impossible to use. The knob is simply cheaply glued, but it’s not possible to determine the correct position to put back. Piece of junk… dont waste your money.

This is such a wonderful non toxic toaster oven/air fryer combo. The glass window is deeply set in and it does get covered in crumbs easily. I keep a good clean paintbrush to fling all the crumbs off and into the crumb try and it’s easy then to brush them off the crumb tray and in the garbage. The air fryer works very well!

This review is for the mechanical air fryer. The air fryer is great, all metal interior and no need to worry about micro plastics or black paint flaking off. The all metal construction also makes it easy to clean. It cooks quick and heat level is mostly even. The biggest issue is the cheap plastic timer knob. The first issue is that the knob is completely smooth so it's hard to grip and turn. Second, like everyone else's, the plastic knob will break and you won't be able to turn on your air fryer. This air fryer would be easy to use if not for this cheap knob. GE does not send replacements and you will have to file for a warranty. (They make you buy any GE product and they'll reimburse you up to the cost of your air fryer) I managed to find a replacement knob off a certain overseas site. Just search for "2PCS Rotary switch gas stove parts gas stove knob zinc alloy round knob with chrome plating for gas stove" the replacement knob is made completely of metal and has a grip.

and an update: did hear from GE but in the meantime I found an ever so easy fix and am happily baking, roasting, air frying, and toasting and warming. a replacement knob: ordered from Amazon: TJPoto Replacement Part Timer knob Air Fryer HF-919B D Type Shaft; within 2 minutes of its arrival my GE oven was operational without the handy pliers to set the timer. Oven is a delight to use and easy to clean. Price is reasonable. If the timer knob is your concern, there are universal replacement knobs out there evnn more inexpensive than the one I purchased. Loved this appliance for 3 months, when the timer knob came off and could not be reattached. The on and off function is controlled by the timer knob: if it does not work, the oven does not work. Even more distressing is that that GE did not respond to any email requests for assistance despite there being a warranty. I have ordered a universal toaster oven knob "d" style (as it is on this GE oven) and am guardedly hopeful. Nonetheless-- not even a "thank you for your email and we will be in touch soon" from GE. Very disappointing.
