I have been using my Panasonic shaver for several months. Best investment. Dealing with old lady facial hair has been a pain. I've used Nair creams for years but don't like doing that to my skin. I worried about shaving -- but it has been great. It gives a very close shave even to very fine white facial hairs. I don't have to shave very often (once or twice a month). I use it after I shower and apply moisturizer. I've also tried it on my legs and it does a very good job there. I find it a little more challenging with pit hair -- I find it pinches a bit, but I'm using it dry and haven't tried using it in the shower which I think would help. The only improvement I would make is a light on it that lets you know when it is fully charged. ... show more

This razor is AMAZING! I’m a chunky girl (66yrs) with a lot of surface area to shave. Because of my age, I’m not as “limber” as I used to be. The design (shape) of this razor is easy to handle and gives me a very smooth shave without irritation. I do recommend following the instructions to exfoliate and moisturize before shaving dry (allowing time for moisturizer to be absorbed), I’ve never shaved wet with it. This keeps dead skin cells from clogging the razor. Also, the red light for charging does not go off, but that is addressed in the manual…..it has a really long battery life but needs to recharge for 24 hours to be fully charged. It’s also great on “bikini” area, even though I haven’t worn one in decades!!🤣 With other shavers, I’d end up with razor burn and ingrown hairs especially on my inner thighs….none of that with this razor! I’ve owned this razor for 3 years and it’s been phenomenal however I’m about to purchase an identical one because the trimmer will no longer lift. For $40 I certainly have gotten great value from it! At first I thought that this razor was great. But after two uses that blades seem dull and unpleasant. I used the razor twice of pretty fine leg hair and it worked exceptionally well and I was excited to have a great razor but come the third time it did not work as well and pulled hairs and left razor burn. I bought this after hearing hype that it’s capable of giving a super close and super easy shave from multiple online platforms. After seeing many positive reviews on Amazon, I decided to give it a try. Firstly, this device takes almost an entire day to charge for 35 minutes of use, which seems…excessive. It does lack the convenience of a traditional razor when you have to ensure you have enough battery power remaining to complete the task. I’ve had to keep some traditional razors on hand to use when the battery dies. Next, the shaver does not give you a close shave. This part bummed me out because so many reviews said it gave such a close shave. I find myself having to go over sections of my legs and underarms multiple times for a less than mediocre result that was more time consuming and tedious than if I had used a traditional razor. And while the shaver has not exactly nicked me, if I apply just a little bit too much pressure, it will almost “scratch” me. If I don’t apply enough pressure, it will not shave the hair at all. It takes many passes to do my underarms in particular, which is very awkward to accomplish and has resulted in redness, pain, and razor burn. As for its performance on the bikini area, it’s completely useless. Don’t even bother because it won’t work. All in all, I have much consumer regret about purchasing this. I suspect I am a victim of an Amazon Influencer scam. Or perhaps my device is faulty. Either way, Amazon will not accept the return, so I am stuck with a useless product. ... show more

A well packaged, well made quality product from a well known brand that has been around for many years. The shaver works great, has many sturdy attachments and holds a charge for a very long time. I can use it wherever is needed and it goes strong from start to finish and doesn't require another charge for several uses, a huge plus for a shaver! I love it, the color and the comfortable way it fits in my hand. It comes with a black storage bag, but I'm thinking about ordering a sturdy case to protect it safely when I travel as I don't want it damaged in any way! I saw one here on Amazon that has the perfect foam cutouts for each piece in this shavers collection. You will not be disappointed in any way with this shaver. I like the closeness of the shave. Yes, as others have said it's not as close as a blade but if you have lighter hair it's not necessary to also shave with a razor and I love that about it. This razor is meant for large areas such as legs is noteworthy because many are not, so keep a lookout for that in the descriptions of other products in their descriptions. I would say that if you have very dark hair it's still a great razor for a quick cleanup but ultimately you may need to use a razor to get that silky-smooth look you want. Since this razor is new to me, I can't speak to its longevity but it is a great value for the money (just think of what razors cost!!). ... show more
