The media could not be loaded. I bought this chair as a birthday gift to my fiancé because I knew I would use it more than him, lol and I loved the one we bought my mom for Mother's day. We'll, its safe to say we both love it and use it equally. I have not figured out all of the settings yet but the automatic setting when turned on seems to be just enough. The time goes up to 30 minutes but you can add time back as it counts down. Assembly was fair although the instructions were pretty much pictures and seemed to be from a different model or just incorrect, however they were close enough to finish the assembly. We use this chair everyday and have had it since October of this year. So far, so good, and worth the money spent. I also enjoy the phone holder for a hands-free experience. I have not tried the Bluetooth speaker out yet and I kind of feel like its an extra feature that I probably will never use. The zero gravity feature is the reclining ability that feels like floating on clouds. Functionality is a 10/10 so far. The only thing I would change or add would be adding 1 or 2 more massage balls for the foot massage but that's just my personal opinion. ... show more

Have you had any problems with your massage Chair? I just received it, and the chair needs to be connected to a 120-50Hz Power supply. Homes In America only have 60Hz. A 50Hz to 60Hz converter should be necessary; otherwise, the chair will be damaged.
