Description

Siemens General Duty Safety Switches are intended for applications where reliable performance and continuity of service are needed, but where duty requirements are not severe and usual service conditions prevail. These switches are intended for use primarily with supply circuits rated 240V AC or less where the available fault current is less than 100, 000A when used with Class R or T fuses, or 10, 000A max when used with Class H fuses. All switches are provided with imbedded "ON" and "OFF" indicators and padlocking provisions on the handle and door. All switches are UL listed. Use HA type hubs if required.

Bolt hole at the top to mount to the wall not enough space. Hard to get to. Other than that is excellent product.

It is as expected other than not coming with a ground lug connection. You will have to buy your own if you want to ground the box and also have a place to connect your grounds. Would have given it 5-stars if they spent the extra 10c on including it...

I’m buying this for my heat pump. The item came damaged but I’m sure everything still works and there was a big hole on the top for some reason. I was also expecting it to be bigger.

    • does not come with a ground lug connection
cannot connect ground wires does not come with a ground lug connection for one or two wires. Had to return the first one handle was broken on delivery with plastic red pieces in the disconnect.
