Beautiful! I love this set. It did come with 1 broken plate but these were packed very well so I definitely blame the mail carrier for the broken plate. This seller sent an email to see how I like my purchase and I asked if I could get a replacement. They sent the replacement the very next day so I personally found the customer service amazing. I did read some reviews about not being able to get a replacement and all I can say is either they didn’t use the right channels and went through Amazon instead of directly to the seller or maybe communication was not positive. I am not sure but I had no problems at all. I don’t use a dishwasher. I have one but I usually hand wash items since it’s just me. They stacked beautifully so I didn’t have a problem with mis-shaped. They have a nice weight to them. The color is more gray than black but that’s what I was going for so I love them. I feel like the price was good for the quality. Highly recommend.

I've only had these for a few weeks but so far, I love them! They are so sleek and has a very high end look. My only small complaint would be that they are a little more off white than white, but didnt bother me enough to take off a star. Great set for the price!

These dishes arrived well packaged, so nothing was broken or damaged. The color is a little bit darker than portrayed on the Amazon listing, but we still like them. They look really nice. They are easy to clean either by hand or in the dishwasher.

Ugh 😩 so sad one plate came broken. Just one and now have to return the whole thing. Love the plates they are very pretty looking plates but it’s unfortunate that it seems to be an issue when delivered because I read reviews that the plates usually come broken but I decided to take a chance anyways and unfortunately the reviews are spot on. Was hoping to use them for the weekend.
