Check engine light trouble code said low coolant temp. I read reviews and was concerned about not having OEM part, so Gates seemed to be a good option. The price was good. Shipping was fast. I did the job in one hour and had no trouble after watching a YouTube video. The light cleared the next day after running errands.     • Great replacement!
This is a great replacement for the old thermostat that seemed like it wasn't opening all the way. In fact, this thermostat had about 15% extra throw on the spring and it's keeping everything at a lower temperature than the original. Super easy to install.
