I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!! I put this over my dining table and got so many compliments! GORGEOUS!!!!! I’ve never installed a ceiling light before and I was able to do it within an hour. THAT BEING SAID… the directions are a bit confusing. The video is great to put it together but the directions are confusing to connect it to the power. That being said, again I’ve never done this and I easily found a YouTube tutorial to help me with that part. The one con I have is that it’s super hard to get flush to the ceiling BUT I’m betting that’s on my end, not something wrong with the fixture: either my lack of knowledge in fixture installation or the way my wiring is installed in the ceiling. It was frustrating getting the screw in the hole when the fixture was at a slight angle but a little patience and I was able to do it. I’ve love it so much I got another to put in the hallway and I’m going to move this to the hallway and I purchased the same light that’s a little bigger with crystals to move over the dining table. This ceiling light adds so much personality to a room. I really love it. The various remote settings make it versatile for your needs. The brightest setting is very bright and I no longer need my task lamp for knitting at my desk. I find that I use all the different settings (cool, medium, warm temps and bright to dim) depending on my needs and mood. I would say installation does require 2 people - one to hold the lamp while the other connects wires. The written instructions included were not very helpful in my opinion but there are a few YouTube channels that show you how to assemble the lamp and install it to the ceiling. I thought the YouTube tip about using double stick tape to attach the ballast to the light plate and using electrical tape to secure the other wires was a good tip. This kept all of them out of the way while installing the light to the ceiling. My photos are not great but it does give you an idea how the different settings look in a room. ... show more

I ordered one for my dining room and absolutely love it! Ended up buying another one for my kitchen, We are doing a remodel /flip on the house and everyone comes in notices these lights first thing! They light up the room very well/almost too bright but there is the remote that works great for each one. I am going to put a magnet on the back of it and stick it to the side of the refrigerator, so they don't get lost before we sale the house. The house is open concept, so the lights show off the house right when you walk in. These were not easy to install though, I think the wires were too small, they needed to be a little bit longer what my b/f said- I don't know if that is on us or the product? lol I did not care, they are perfect! ... show more

These lights are in my gym which has a low ceiling and also pop corn ceiling for those who lived in the 70's I think when these were popular. I like the lights. They hang 5 inches from the ceiling. They do not get hot. I don't use the remote, just the light switch. Over all I'm pleased with this purchase. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Looks smaller the the picture shows but it's super bright. Love the dimmer fixtures(remote only), 3 different tones of color(white only). I love it, easy to instal.

Remote control is totally worthless. If you have Lutron switches for LED’s, This light fixture DOES NOT WORK with them. Nice looking piece of junk. Taking it down and introducing the entire fixture to my 40 ton shop press. I’ll send it back to Amazon the thickness of a credit card!

WOW. Ok so I LOVE this light!! It really upgraded my dining room and looks amazing!! It does get very bright for a smaller room, but as it's a dimmer style, you can turn the brightness down. the 'Nightlight' mode is really a nice touch and the remote even has a timer you can use for it to automatically shut of in 30 or 60 mins! ... show more

this light is very beautiful and bright. the installation directions are the worst I have ever seen. this light cannot be installed properly as is. modifications needed to be made to mount it flush to the ceiling as it should be mounted.
