I absolutely LOVE this wicker patio set with 2 swivel rocker chairs and matching side table. After looking at numerous reviews and pictures, I finally decided on the Joyside patio set based on the excellent reviews, fantastic price and beautiful red cushions. Shipping was super fast and the products were packed with plenty of protection. Assembly was fairly easy and quick. The key is to not overtighten the screws until the end; otherwise, you won't be able to line up the holes easily. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the quality, value, comfort and looks of this patio set. Ordered these chairs after waiting for months from some we ordered from Home Depot that never were restocked. We were REALLY hesitant to order chairs we'd never sat in, but based on reviews and appearance, we took a chance on these. (We live in a rural area, so other than Lowe's and HD, there were really no other places to look in person) Chairs arrived in good time, and in good shape - except for one arm that had been damaged in shipping. I contacted the seller and sent photos. The seller got back to me in a few hours, and said they'd send a new one as soon as they could. It took a little while to receive, but they had told me that would be the case, so we were fine waiting. The replacement arm was in great condition, and the chairs look and feel awesome...very comfortable to sit in and the rock and swivel feature is great! All in all, very happy with the experience and would order from this seller again! PS- I HIGHLY recommend having TWO people for assembly! There are several steps that require one person to hold something, and the other to attach it. ... show more

I absolutely love my new patio furniture. It is very comfortable and beautiful. My boyfriend put the furniture together by himself, there was a little bit of swearing. One of the seat cushions came with stains. I reached out to the seller and they have told me a replacement cushion will be delivered to me. I sent a message in the afternoon regarding the cushion and received a response the same night. Hopefully the cushion will be delivered as promptly as the response I received from the seller. Overall, great patio furniture that should last a long time. Oh, and a bonus was the cover to put on the furniture for bad weather. We have an existing set of wicker patio furniture with swivel rocker chairs and a sofa with green cushions that used to be on our deck. Now we have a sunroom and that furniture is moved there. We wanted more swivel rocker chairs. I ordered two sets and both arrived quickly. The boxes are quite heavy and large, but I'm tall with long arms and I was able to move them on my own. I opened the first box and laid out the pieces. I assembled the table first to get a feel for the overall assembly. I was using my cordless impact driver with an extension and the correct hex bit. That is much easier than using the supplied hex key wrench. The key is to follow the instructions and not tighten the machine screws until everything has been screwed in. Then tighten everything. The assembly of the table was easy. I built the two chairs together. Once you get the two side pieces attached to the back, it's easier if you have something to brace them against to keep them in place. Again, only put the screws in enough to hold, but don't tighten. The trickiest part is attaching the bottom cushion base, only because of the angle of the chairs as they are on their backs. But I was able to get it. Overall, I think it took me about an hour to assemble the chairs on the first set. The second set was quicker, because I knew what I was doing. It probably took around 45 min. I still assembled them together. The second set was missing the legs to the table. All other pieces and hardware were there. I contacted the seller Meet Sunny and almost instantly got a call from them. I explained what was missing and they sent the legs by Fedex which arrived 2 days later. Since then I ordered one more set for a small deck on the front of our house. I had the table and chairs built in less than one hour. The chairs are very comfortable and they look great. It's been cold and rainy so we haven't moved the new chairs to the deck yet. Attached is a photo of the chairs in a living area in our house. One set on the small front deck in front is covered by the included cover which is a nice bonus. The swivel on these chairs is a little tight. That's good for us as our other set of furniture has a very loose swivel and with your feet up, the wind would sometimes turn you. Overall, we are very pleased! ... show more

Comfortable chairs for sunroom. The weave is vinyl I bought the grey. This should withstand the temperature extremes of our 3 season sun room. It is a new purchase so we will access durability in the future.

I looked and studied many wicker seatings from really cheap to being expense ridiculous. I finally landed on this one. I only wanted the coffee table and sofa and this was the only company that offered that. The coffee table is beautiful, sturdy, couldn't ask for a prettier piece of furniture. The sofa is so pretty, bottom cushion could offer more plump which I may replace someday but the bottom with the back cushion in place makes for some pretty comfortable seating. Love it! easy to install The sofa and ottomans very simple to install. The rocker chairs just take more time, but easy to follow picture directions. Very comfortable and made of good quality. All parts were enclosed. my only complaint is that I had to pay 99.00 for shipping , but I pay for prime. Good price for all the pieces, including the side table.
